They use first choice meats that are slowly smoked in an 18 foot smoker to achieve the best flavor. Almost everything on the menu is made from scratch. Several Thrifty ice cream flavors are also sold. The atmosphere is meant to be simple, inviting, family, and dog friendly (on the patio only).
