Every Sunday morning until 1PM, lots of local products. NB parking is sometimes difficult.

Park in Collonges and take public transport to Geneva
Geneva is easy by public transport and parking is expensive.
My advice is to park at the place du marché in Collonges-sous-Salève (4.- Euros for a full day) and take the bus 44 from Croix-de-Rozon, just across the border. And then switch to Tram to the city center at Carouge-Rondeau. Cost: 3 CHF per adult 1 hour, or 8 CHF for a full day (if you plan several destinations during the day).
