South Park is a neighborhood in the city of Seattle. It is located just south of Georgetown, east of West Seattle across the Duwamish River, and just north of the city of Tukwila. Its main thoroughfares are West Marginal Way S., S. Cloverdale Street and 14th Ave. S.
It's history is industrial with approx 47% of the population Latino. It is an up-and-coming neighborhood with a family feel to it.
