The food here is seriously good. Starting with bread straight from the oven served with imaginative salads, through countless courses to the pomelo desert, it’s all just fabulous. You never know what’s coming, but it’s so reliably good that just adds to the adventure. So refreshing too that the vegetarian option is as carefully made as the rest. Uncommonly good craft beers and wine menu too. Downsides? None. The food is made by people with exceptional talent. Service is informative and friendly. And the move to the new premises has lifted the whole experience up a level.

Only a chef who knows inside out his ingredients and cuisine can risk a tasting "safari" like this one. Each dish is something of a tour of tastes, a tour De Chypre mixed, played with, and alternated to what a traditional Cypriot dish would never otherwise become.
