Claytons is a surf beach near the Marina off the point with a left hander. Further along the beach it is not advisable to swim as there are rips along the beach in the gutters off the edge. It is a wild and dramatic beach with a good dune system at the edge of a regional national park.

From the Northern edge of Mindarie you can walk/cycle along the coast through Quinns Rocks to Jindalee and beyond. The views out across the reefs are stunning.

A beautiful but wild surf beach. The walk al;ing the beach or through the park from the car park will take you down through a dune walk (compacted path) to midway alone the beach. You can also access the beach directly from the carpark.
