It is housed inside one of Bunbury’s oldest historic buildings, the pink former convent.
It is located in the central heart of Bunbury about 10 minutes walk from our place.

Walk to the top of the Marlston Hill Lookout Tower to enjoy spectacular panoramic views over Bunbury Harbour and Koombana Bay. It stands proud on the site of the original Bunbury lighthouse. Enjoy a walk from the lookout to the new chequered lighthouse that stands 25 metres tall

You will be delighted if you book onto one of the Dolphin Discovery Centre boat tours. If you are lucky you will have a wonderful experience swimming with the many dolphins who are present in Koombana Bay. Such a lovely outing and just a short walk from our home.

Our impressive Interpretive Centre now showcases an expanded range of themed fish and coral aquariums and our amazing 360-degree Digital Dolphinarium, as well as an interpretation of the Koombana Bay environment and its history – geological, indigenous, marine and contemporary.
It is an immersive experience, with activity centres, interactive displays, feeding programs and tours that appeal to all age groups. The aquariums tell the story of our region from freshwater river to offshore reef and feature the marine plants and animals of our temperate zone. The Centre provides a unique experience that uses embedded technology along with natural displays to create a memorable experience for visitors that compliments the wild dolphin experience of our beach Interaction Zone and Dolphin Tours.

Across the road is Jetty Baths, a well appointed playground and gentle bay where you often see dolphins close to the shore. Enjoy the vista of yachts in the marina or take a walk, jog or cycle on the paths from Jetty Baths to the Back Beach and along Ocean Drive.
