The top of Mt Warning is known as the first spot to receive the first ray of light on Australia's East coast. Many people climb Mt Warning to experience this first ray of light. The climb is a challenge for many and it is recommended that you take note of weather and fitness level advice prior to climbing.
There are less strenuous hikes available around the base of the mountain and area.
