Shops and bus are located less than 1km. 45 minutes to reach the city by train. Perfect place if you are working at the Brisbane Port or Raffinery (10-15 minutes only)
You enter the room through a separate entrance so you feel totally home. All comfort for you : Double bed (new mattress), aircon/heater, fridge, microwave, toaster, table, chairs, sofa to watch TV, ... You can have your meals on the undercovered terrace.
Many opportunities to have full breakfast around, fastfood (thaï, chineese, burgers, …) or restaurants. You can get 2 busses going to the city at about 500m. Train is at 4km.

    My home is close to Moreton Bay, the Qld. Yact Club, the Gateway Arterial, Brisbane Airport, restaurants and clubs. There are many activities on the waterfront, including a beach, water parks, bike riding, sailing etc. We have close access to the city, Southbank Parklands and Cultural Centre via regular train service which is a two minute walk to the station. We are only a 3 minute drive to Wynnum Golf Club. As we live upstairs we try to keep normal household noise to a minimum.
    We have air conditioning in lounge/small kitchenette. We have a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and iron available for our guests. We also have a fan in bedroom. When bedroom door is open the air conditioner also cools bedroom as well.

    Come and enjoy a little taste of home while you are away. A brand new home which is light and breezy. We offer a true B&B experience with breakfast in morning and we don't charge any sneaky cleaning fee. Unlimited Wi-Fi, come and stay with us and relax.
    You have full access to downstairs which hosts two bedrooms, private bathroom and toilet, sitting room and laundry. Both bedrooms are equipped with a Queen Bed, desk and chair. We are also able to cater for extra guests with camp beds if required. Unlimited access to wifi and a mini fridge for you to store your six pack. Milk, tea and coffee together with a microwave, plates, cups, bowls and basic utensils downstairs for your use. We always like to put a sneaky little treat in the fridge for you too. If you need something, you only have to ask us.
    Our house is located within easy walking distance to the Wynnum Plaza Shopping Centre and a quick 5 minute drive to the Wynnum Foreshore and Manly Harbour. We have a small park a short stroll down the streets for the kids to play in. We are a 15 minute drive to the airport for easy access over the Gateway Bridge.

    The cottage is small but with an open airy style adjoining the modern kitchen and breakfast bench. Though the rooms are small, they are clean and neat with comfy double beds and having their own TVs and built-in wardrobes. Located close to transport, you can catch a train in to the city or to the bayside suburbs of Wynnum, Manly, Lota & Cleveland. The latter meets the bus that takes you by water taxi to Stradbroke Island, arguably the most beautiful sub-tropical isle on the eastern seaboard.
    You are in walking distance to Wynnum Plaza, a large shopping complex of mixed businesses, supermarkets and restaurants.
    We have good neighbours who, while being unobtrusive, are always welcoming and willing to be of assistance.

Lux porcelain tiles run through, modern kitchen with gourmet appliances and stone bench tops is sure to please any budding chef. We also offer a complimentary 2 pods of Nespresso and tea bags per day. The open plan living and dining areas overlooks the rear undercover patio and garden. An additional versatile room/garage, laundry and powder room complete the grand floor. Make your way up the lush carpeted stairs to the bedroom with built in robe and fan. The guest bathroom is large and fitted with both bath and shower. Air conditioning in the living area and secure screen on all windows.     This self-contained spacious Apartment in a quiet leafy suburban street can be your home away from home. The location is handy to shops, public transport, Moreton Bay & the Motorway for a quick trip to the airport, or easy access to the city, Gold or Sunshine Coasts.
    You will have separate access to the apartment from around the side of the house. Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure your comfort throughout the year. Bedding includes a comfortable queen-sized & single bed, an Ikea single sofa bed, as well as a large built-in wardrobe with hangers and drawers. I can also provide a single air bed, and a portable cot, if needed. There is plenty of storage space so that you are not surrounded by luggage during your stay. The full eat-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic stove top, full oven, kettle, and coffee plunger & toaster. Crockery & cutlery to meet basic cooking needs is also provided. If you need anything else I will happily provide it for you. A timber table with four chairs provides a great place for shared dining, and a small desk is available for using your laptop. Extra power points, are available for your devices. The bathroom includes the toilet and dual shower, a laundry hamper and hair dryer, and also has ample storage space for your toiletries. PLEASE NOTE that while the apartment itself is wheelchair accessible, there is a low step up into the shower. The lounge area has a TV, DVD player, and a ChromeCast Dongle to enjoy while you relax in a comfortable leather lounge suite. An iron and ironing board are also provided. You will have access to Wi-Fi. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be on hand for your stay. PARKING Feel free to use the driveway for parking. It is very steep and some guests find it easier to use the street for parking. If you are arriving back after 9pm at night, could you please ensure that you are quiet as you enter out of respect for other guests and our neighbours. PETS POLICY: If you would like to bring your pet with you, please discuss it with me before confirming your booking. As a general rule, I prefer well- behaved, small, non-shedding dogs to be the only pets that stay here. However, if you have another kind of pet that you'd like me to consider, please just ask. If you are bringing your pet with you, please clean up any mess they make using the bags provided, including their droppings which should be placed in plastic bags and put these in the wheelie bin with the red lid at the front of the house.
    Wynnum is a tranquil family-friendly bayside suburb that boasts great facilities for fishing, sailing/boating, walking, cycling, & kayaking. It has a growing number of interesting little cafes & boutique shops springing up in the central shopping centre, as well as along the Esplanade. It's also a popular spot for op shopping! Of course, fish & chip shops abound! Close by is a Wynnum Plaza which has Woolworths, Coles, KMart and a range of other shops. The Wynnum Golf Course is a stone's throw away! An information Folder about local attractions is provided in the Studio. Wynnum is far enough away from the city to provide all the leisurely benefits of a beachside village, yet close enough (40 minute train ride) to easily enjoy a day out at Southbank or the centre of town.

    We moved into this home in April 2018. We built the kitchenette new for our guests. We have a beautiful pool and entertaining area which you are welcome to use and we have lovely neighbours.
    We live in a quiet street and have friendly neighbors. There is a Newsagent, Bakery, Coffee Shop, cafes, eateries and Service Station within 700 metres and a Spar Express supermarket 1.1km from our place. Shopping Centres, Restaurants and the Esplanade are all 10-15 mins walk or 3-5 mins drive.

    Beautiful apartment in waterfront boutique complex. Secure, quiet, stroll the waterfront or to nearby restaurants, shops, parks or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery of Moreton Bay. Close to the Airport, train and buses. I've lived in the area all my life - I'm a wealth of information for all things local. Very happy for a chat over a cuppa or a glass of wine. I'm very friendly and extremely approachable but understand if you'd just like your own space.
    Cosy Double Bedroom with Private Bathroom. Room for clothes to be put in drawers, hung in wardrobe if needed.
    Stunning Bay Views, apartment overlooks resort style private swimming pool and enclosed garden, fishing, boating, walking, (Park Run of a Saturday morning), meditating, local Saturday and Sunday markets at Manly (an easy walk along the waterfront), amazing childrens' and adults' parks/playgrounds and fitness equipment right along the waterfront. Wildlife - birds (local and migratory shore birds), fish, dugongs, dolphins etc. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets!! Sailing, sailboarding, windsurfing, waterskiing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking right out front of the complex. 3 minutes drive to Manly Marina - RQYS.

You will share a bathroom with my son and his girlfriend who are out a lot. In the room • A comfy, cosy queen size bed, a must for any stay • Two bedside tables, lamps and power boards for charging • A cool Ikea Pong chair for you to relax and read you book • Wardrobe shelving and hanging space • Floor rug
    In the house • Free Wifi • A large lounge area set up with 55cm Smart TV, Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime and YouTube. • A sitting area where you can chill or sit with someone and chat • Dining room for eating • Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons • Parking – on street or in the driveway as long as you don’t mind moving the car if you park someone in. • An office you can use if I’m not (multiple screens, desk, keyboard, printer, scanner etc) • Laundry with front loading washing machine and clothes dryer (in garage as we rarely use) • Main bathroom with full sized bath, shower etc – Toilet is separate • Backyard (although it does come with a big dog (he’s nice)….more on that later) Who will you share with? Me, if I’m there as I travel a fair bit for work and fun My son, who is 20 and his girlfriend who is 19. They both work and are very friendly, clean and tidy My family friend, Harti - a great cook and lovely, kind person My son’s dog Mack – he is 2, a Great Dane/Mastiff cross – LOVES attention. He is outside most of the time (unless he sneaks in!) NOTE: for bookings over 7 days a $50 cleaning fee applies - I can't add this to the cleaning fee on the booking as it applies it to all bookings and I don't to want to charge a cleaning fee when it's short term.
    Tingalpa is a suburb of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is located 10 kilometres east of the CBD. It is very handy to the Brisbane airport which is 10-15mins by car just over the Gateway Bridge. Tingalpa has two small local shopping centres: Twin Parks Shopping Centre located on Wynnum Road, Tingalpa - and one located on Belmont Road, Belmont. There are two large shopping centres within a 10-minute drive; Wynnum Plaza has Kmart, Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphys, Fitness First and 59 Specialty stores whilst Carindale Shopping Centre features Myer, David Jones and a large selection of specialty shops. Both the Twin Parks and the Cannon Hill shopping centres are basic centres. There are some great eating places close to our home. Mother Africa is a standout at the end of our street as is Paw Paw Asian in Twin Parks Shopping Centre, a short 800m walk from our home. The neighbourhood is quieter than some closer to the city so good if you need some peace and quiet.

    Unit in great part of Manly close to train, shops, water, Marina and Gateway Motorway. Has been freshly renovated, clean and modern with all the comforts of home that you would need. Enjoy the waterfront 5 minutes walk as well as train station also 5 minutes. Not to mention the local restaraunts and bars!! If you choose to stay in however, you will be very comfortable.
    Comfortable place to stay while in Manly - private, quite and newly renovated so very fresh and inviting. The kitchen has everything you need and of course all linen is supplied. Access to casual sitting area with barbeque.
    Nice quite neighbourhood, train nearby and of course to walk along the waterfront is only 5 minutes down the hill.

    Brand new town house, with a short walk to public transport, and bike ride to the waterfront. The area is great for casual fishing and boating. Shops and restaurants located close by and the airport is only a 15 minute drive away. The rooms are spacious, with built in wardrobes and are air conditioned. A continental breakfast will be provided for all guests. We both work in hospitality and love to meet new people and share life experiences whilst respecting your privacy.
    Guests have full access to kitchen, living and dining rooms as well as out door entertaining area with a bbq.
    Our house sits in between the beautiful Morton Bay and a 5 minute drive will take you to the restaurants and bars along the marina. The city is a short 25 minute drive and the Gold Coast is just under an hour south.

The house is both close to the city and very tranquil. People often say that it is like a resort - lots of trees and birds outside. The bus stop from which you can reach the city is just a few minutes away. We have a pet cat Mary who is very friendly. Great house for long and short stays.
    Your bedroom has a double-size bed, a big wardrobe, a desk and a chair. It's got a window, high ceiling, shutters and flyscreens in the windows. It's modern, fresh and cosy.
    One of the nicest neighbourhood in the entire Brisbane - family houses with wonderful views at the city and located on hills.

    Coming to Manly or Wynnum area for business, pleasure or family reasons? this unit is in a great position to enjoy your time here. Situated in Manly, 5 mins walk to water, restaurants and train station. Also very handy for sporting activities at Chandler. Quite position, totally separate to house on property, own private space to relax, TV, lounge, great kitchen and all linen and towels. Close to Gateway Motorway and Port. And of course the lovely foreshore to be enjoyed!
    Quite part of Manly, own private space and entrance with off street parking. Great kitchen and lounge to relax in. The unit is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast pack on arrival.
    Close to water, many restaurants 5 minutes walk away along with train station. The foreshore is a great walk along the waters edge. Airport is 20 mins drive, Chandler sporting 10 mins drive, Gateway motorway access within 10 minutes and Port of Brisbane 5 minutes drive. The waterfront is a nice place to wander and you can even hire a paddle board on waterfront! The marina at Manly is right there and day tours leave from the main jetty.

High on a hill with city, and mountain views.For the energetic it is a 20-25 minute walk to the foreshore. We can give you as much or as little information about our City and its surrounds as you require . Tea and coffee and a continental breakfast are included ,a full cooked breakfast can be requested for an additional very reasonable price of $15.00.
    We have a beautiful foreshore , with walking and cycling paths , BBQ areas , wading pool and wonderfull play areas for children , the Manly boat harbour is the largest in the Southern Hemisphere . There are many and varied cafes and restaurants , our guest manual has brochures for a few of our favourites . We have some bicycles available to anyone wishing to explore the area on 2 wheels .

    This cosy flat is close to Murarrie train station, the airport and local shops. The flat has amenities for washing clothes and air mattresses should you need an additional quest stay. The access is easy and no stairs inside the unit. The flat is fully self contained and has lots of charm. Guest have access to the backyard, courtyard / barbecue and I am nearby or just a call away if guests need any help 😊.
    There is little garden court yard next to the stairs that is available to quests, a relaxing space to have a coffee and listen to the birds 🐦
    We are very close to public transportation, bus and trains. A convenient 7/11 store is on the same street as well as takeaway shop, coffee shop and local newsagents. Only 2 minutes to cannon hill shopping precinct.

    We are close to many great lifestyle amenites with cafes, restaurants, yoga, gyms, library, a large shopping centre and beatufiul bike/walking tracks close by. Nundah train station is a 5 minute walk away with the CBC a 17 minute train ride from here. Taxi/ Uber fare to and from the airport is around $20.

    GREAT unit with cute little balcony . The unit may be small but it is in the most sort after suburb of Brisbane - free hopper ferry to take you to the city, South bank and other great ports. I stay here when not booked to unwind and have a mini holiday. No road noise just the river.
    While unit is small and compact it is great price, in I feel best suburb of Brisbane. Huge gym to work out in. Cafe on site and many comfortable sitting areas in the complex. Beautiful parks and river walks. You can create simple meals in compact kitchenette or eat out at the most amazing restaurants to suit all price ranges.
    No road noise and best suburb in Brisbane that's what I think everything at your door step.

    It is an appartament with a location really convinient as it is just 25 minutes walking to the city or 10 minutes by car, there are many option of public transport as the bus station is just in front of the building, short distance to Princess Alexandra hospitals and Mater Hill hospital. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around, easy distance to Cultural Centre and South Bank. We are a couple and we love and enjoy to shere and meet people from all around world.
    In the space you can feel free to use the kitchen, living room and balcony. Just let you know that downstairs you can fine Coles supermarket, ATM, Post office, Bakery, Asian Grocery store, beaty salon and so on. The bedroom has own fridge. Free WIFI, towels, Shampoo and Soap are included.
