You are free to share our beautiful pool, outdoor areas and laundry. - 13ks from the CBD - 5mins walk to coffee shops & eateries - 3 mins drive to the Esplanade, wading pool & shopping centre - 10 mins walk to Manly train station PLEASE NOTE: Our property IS NOT suitable for children under 5 yrs of age
We moved into this home in April 2018. We built the kitchenette new for our guests. We have a beautiful pool and entertaining area which you are welcome to use and we have lovely neighbours.
We live in a quiet street and have friendly neighbors. There is a Newsagent, Bakery, Coffee Shop, cafes, eateries and Service Station within 700 metres and a Spar Express supermarket 1.1km from our place. Shopping Centres, Restaurants and the Esplanade are all 10-15 mins walk or 3-5 mins drive.

Situated in Manly, 5 mins walk to water, restaurants and train station. Also very handy for sporting activities at Chandler. Quite position, totally separate to house on property, own private space to relax, TV, lounge, great kitchen and all linen and towels. Close to Gateway Motorway and Port. And of course the lovely foreshore to be enjoyed!
Quite part of Manly, own private space and entrance with off street parking. Great kitchen and lounge to relax in. The unit is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast pack on arrival.
Close to water, many restaurants 5 minutes walk away along with train station. The foreshore is a great walk along the waters edge. Airport is 20 mins drive, Chandler sporting 10 mins drive, Gateway motorway access within 10 minutes and Port of Brisbane 5 minutes drive. The waterfront is a nice place to wander and you can even hire a paddle board on waterfront! The marina at Manly is right there and day tours leave from the main jetty.

Beautiful apartment in waterfront boutique complex. Secure, quiet, stroll the waterfront or to nearby restaurants, shops, parks or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery of Moreton Bay. Close to the Airport, train and buses. I've lived in the area all my life - I'm a wealth of information for all things local. Very happy for a chat over a cuppa or a glass of wine. I'm very friendly and extremely approachable but understand if you'd just like your own space.
Cosy Double Bedroom with Private Bathroom. Room for clothes to be put in drawers, hung in wardrobe if needed.
Stunning Bay Views, apartment overlooks resort style private swimming pool and enclosed garden, fishing, boating, walking, (Park Run of a Saturday morning), meditating, local Saturday and Sunday markets at Manly (an easy walk along the waterfront), amazing childrens' and adults' parks/playgrounds and fitness equipment right along the waterfront. Wildlife - birds (local and migratory shore birds), fish, dugongs, dolphins etc. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets!! Sailing, sailboarding, windsurfing, waterskiing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking right out front of the complex. 3 minutes drive to Manly Marina - RQYS.

Guests will enjoy their own private studio with kitchenette, high quality king size bed, leather lounge and dining table. There is also a separate private bathroom including a shower, bath and separate toilet. The bathroom and toilet are in the same area as the studio but are a few steps away and still in your private area. It is like you have the whole floor of a house really. A quality fold out queen sofa bed is also available. There is a large rumpus area that can be used as a sitting area too and a lovely verandah upstairs with views to the bay overlooking the garden always available to guests. The owners do not access the guest's space during the stay unless requested by guests. Guests have their own private entrance to their area to come and go as they please and the studio is completely secure with lock and key for guests. Free Wifi, Netflix and 42 inch Digital TV. Welcome to our home by the bay! Studio B is a self-contained apartment located on the first floor of this recently renovated cottage-come-three-storey home. It includes a queen-size bed, bathroom and open plan kitchenette, living and dining space with a small outdoor patio. Guests also have access to our large outdoor entertaining area, which includes multiple seating areas, bbq, swimming pool and backyard with play equipment. There is a shared laundry with washing machine & dryer downstairs.
The space is accessed via the front gate or from the car spaces under the house (please note the apartment is located on the first floor via one flight of stairs). The open plan kitchenette, living and dining space includes everything you need in a home away from home: including air-conditioning, ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi, Stan, and Netflix. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hotplate, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, convection microwave, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses.
Wynnum is a family-friendly bayside suburb that boasts great facilities for fishing, sailing/boating, walking, cycling and kayaking. It has a growing number of interesting little cafes & boutique shops springing up in the central shopping centre, as well as along the Esplanade. The Wynnum Esplanade is 5 minutes walk (450m).

Soak up the nautical vibe at a self-contained abode powered by sunlight and rainwater. Enjoy a modern building, with only the best and new furniture. Open up the living's sliding doors on both sides to catch sea breezes and step out onto the terrace nestled in a shared garden. Ideal for 2, but a foldout sofa in the living allows 4 people to sleep in the apartment. The unit is equipped to accommodate people looking for longer stays, but also very suitable for a quick stay. The (non heated) pool and garden are shared facilities and your hosts live upstairs for easy access to support and tips.
This AirBnB is setup with new furniture, new king size bed, new mattress, new bed linen, new couch, etc etc. All purchased in december 2018. The building itself is a 9 year old house with great views on the bay. The garden apartment is now available through AirBnB and is completely self contained with its own entrance and separated from the rest of the house. The apartment has an open plan living with kitchen which has large sliding doors on two sides to catch the sea breezes and opens up into the terrace and shared garden. There is a portable Airco unit for those warm nights (but generally not needed we have seen most of our guest not switch on this noisy unit an enjoy the cool bay breezes or just the ceiling fan in the bedroom). The kitchen has everything you need, including dishwasher and oven. The living has a comfy couch which can be converted to a queen bed and dining table with 4 (or 6 chairs if requested). In the hall to the bed and bathroom and laundry there is a small desk for work on or recharge your appliances. The Bedroom has one King size bed with bed tables and tallboy to store clothes etc and has a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet with large sink. The laundry has a washing machine and a large freezer to store your food or ice. We use solar power and rain water for the garden, laundry and toilets. Your outside area has 2 chairs and a BBQ.
Kingsley Terrace is a quiet, family-oriented area. There's a bus stop in front of the house, the train station is a short walk or cycle away, and Manly Village with its pubs and restaurants is within a 5-10 minute walk.

COVID FREE - private sanctuary surrounded by trees, high level of privacy and space, house is very clean and sanitary. Fresh air and own personal area separate from other rooms. The house is both close to the city and very tranquil. People often say that it is like a resort - lots of trees and birds outside. The bus stop from which you can reach the city is just a few minutes away. We have a pet cat Mary who is very friendly. Great house for long and short stays.
Your bedroom has a double-size bed, a big wardrobe, a desk and a chair. It's got a window, high ceiling, shutters and flyscreens in the windows. It's modern, fresh and cosy.
One of the nicest neighbourhood in the entire Brisbane - family houses with wonderful views at the city and located on hills.

Nice quite neighbourhood, train nearby and of course to walk along the waterfront is only 5 minutes down the hill.

We live on a hill on the northside of Brisbane. This means we get a breeze! We are very close to Westfield Shopping Centre at Chermside, the Prince Charles Hospital, not far from the airport and easy access to the highway going to the Sunshine Coast.

My home is close to Moreton Bay, the Qld. Yact Club, the Gateway Arterial, Brisbane Airport, restaurants and clubs. There are many activities on the waterfront, including a beach, water parks, bike riding, sailing etc. We have close access to the city, Southbank Parklands and Cultural Centre via regular train service which is a two minute walk to the station. We are only a 3 minute drive to Wynnum Golf Club. As we live upstairs we try to keep normal household noise to a minimum.
We have air conditioning in lounge/small kitchenette. We have a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and iron available for our guests. We also have a fan in bedroom. When bedroom door is open the air conditioner also cools bedroom as well.

My apartment is opposite the water, on the second floor, giving absolutely spectacular views, and close proximity to cafes, restaurants, the beach, and nightlife. You’ll love it with the high ceilings, the people, and the location. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. You get exclusive use of the 2nd bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and two bedside tables plus a wardrobe. It is not a huge room.
This is a resort style complex of 11 units, mostly owner occupiers. It has beautiful gardens and a very inviting pool. My apartment is air-conditioned but with the large sliding doors open we get beautiful sea breezes most of the time so it is rarely needed. Your bedroom has a lovely green leafy outlook as it is at the rear of the building. It has an overhead fan and a good breeze comes in the windows most of the time and for those very hot nights there is air-conditioning. You are free to have a dip in the pool during the pool operating hours.
My neighbourhood is so beautiful. There is always something to look at from the large sliding glass windows that look out over the bay. People working, skating, riding their bikes and other self made contraptions, an amazing range of animals that are walked by their owners, people out on the water in kayaks, paddle boards, sailing boats etc etc etc. All this sounds very busy yet we are along the quieter end of the Esplanade. There are shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away where you can go for a coffee, substantial meal or a slightly stronger beverage.

The location is a 10 minute walk to the city beside Roma Street Parklands and a 20 minute pleasant walk to Suncorp Stadium if your planning to see a concert. We are very close to St Andrews Hospital as a landmark if looking on the map. If coming from the airport catch the air train and disembark at Central Station....walk up little Edward Street and turn left into Leichardt St or catch an uber taxi to Spring Hill around $29.00. However the best option is to pre-book the bus service from Con-x-ion and let the driver know you would like to be dropped off at Summit Apartments on Leichhardt St. The bus stop at the top of the street is where Con-x-ions will drop you off and pick you up to go back to the airport. Walk down the street to number 24 and your here! Cost is 18.00 each way per person which is convenient and less expensive than the train or taxi. Spring Hil is a great little suburb, it overlooks Brisbane being on the top of a hill. The area has 4 great cafes for breakfast and lunch. Everything is very central and 7/11 / IGA is close by as are restaurants and cafés. There are two swimming pools located in Spring Hill and the area is very safe. There are a lot of international students that stay in this area as we are without the noise of the city and the feel of a funky suburb :) If you're headed to the city it is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town travelling through Roma Street Parkland or straight down the hill to King Georges Square which is a good landmark. If your visiting hospitals, either the Brisbane Private, St Andrews War Memorial or Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital they are all very close. We are also a 20 minute walk to Suncorp Stadium should you be attending a concert or the footy. My partner is a lawyer and Qld supporter and I live the Blues We hope we have given you a bit of an idea about the area and surrounds and hope you'll love Spring Hill as much as we do :)

This studio apartment of our recently renovated cottage, come three-storey home, is available for short-term stays. The space includes a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchenette, living and dining area. It includes everything you need in a home away from home: including air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, Stan and Netflix. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hotplate, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, convection microwave, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses.
The space is accessed via the front gate or from the car spaces under the house (please note the apartment is located on the first floor via one flight of stairs). Guests have access to our large outdoor entertaining area, which includes multiple seating areas, bbq, swimming pool and backyard with play equipment. There is also a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer downstairs.
Wynnum is a family-friendly bayside suburb that boasts great facilities for fishing, sailing/boating, walking, cycling and kayaking. It has a growing number of interesting little cafes & boutique shops springing up in the central shopping centre, as well as along the Esplanade. The Wynnum Esplanade is 5 minutes walk (450m). Walking distance to: Wynnum Esplanade (5min - 450m), Wynnum Central train station (12min - 1km) which is a short 25 minute train trip to Brisbane CBD, and local shops including 2 supermarkets in Wynnum Central (10min 800m). Brisbane Airport is 20 minutes by car and the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast are approximately 1hour drive in opposite directions on the Motorway.

You will share a bathroom with my son and his girlfriend who are out a lot. In the house • Free Wifi • A large lounge area set up with 55cm Smart TV, Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime and YouTube. • A sitting area where you can chill or sit with someone and chat • Dining room for eating • Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons • Parking – on street or in the driveway as long as you don’t mind moving the car if you park someone in. • An office you can use if I’m not (multiple screens, desk, keyboard, printer, scanner etc) • Laundry with front loading washing machine and clothes dryer (in garage as we rarely use) • Main bathroom with full sized bath, shower etc – Toilet is separate • Backyard (although it does come with a big dog (he’s nice)….more on that later) Who will you share with? Me, if I’m there as I travel a fair bit for work and fun My son, who is 20 and his girlfriend who is 19. They both work and are very friendly, clean and tidy My family friend, Harti - a great cook and lovely, kind person My son’s dog Mack – he is 2, a Great Dane/Mastiff cross – LOVES attention. He is outside most of the time (unless he sneaks in!) NOTE: for bookings over 7 days a $50 cleaning fee applies - I can't add this to the cleaning fee on the booking as it applies it to all bookings and I don't to want to charge a cleaning fee when it's short term.
Tingalpa is a suburb of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is located 10 kilometres east of the CBD. It is very handy to the Brisbane airport which is 10-15mins by car just over the Gateway Bridge. Tingalpa has two small local shopping centres: Twin Parks Shopping Centre located on Wynnum Road, Tingalpa - and one located on Belmont Road, Belmont. There are two large shopping centres within a 10-minute drive; Wynnum Plaza has Kmart, Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphys, Fitness First and 59 Specialty stores whilst Carindale Shopping Centre features Myer, David Jones and a large selection of specialty shops. Both the Twin Parks and the Cannon Hill shopping centres are basic centres. There are some great eating places close to our home. Mother Africa is a standout at the end of our street as is Paw Paw Asian in Twin Parks Shopping Centre, a short 800m walk from our home. The neighbourhood is quieter than some closer to the city so good if you need some peace and quiet.

Our homestay is like being with family. We go the extra mile to assist you in getting to know Brisbane and will often take you to tourist attractions when time permits. We live in a safe area in a beautiful location near the water and close to public transport to get into the city on a direct route.
Our neighbourhood is green and leafy and well established. A short walk takes you to the water's edge where there is a sea water pool and plenty of walk and bicycle ways. We also have bikes that you can use. The cafe's offer the best coffee and there is a variety of restaurants to choose from.

This self-contained spacious Apartment in a quiet leafy suburban street can be your home away from home. The location is handy to shops, public transport, Moreton Bay & the Motorway for a quick trip to the airport, or easy access to the city, Gold or Sunshine Coasts.
You will have separate access to the apartment from around the side of the house. Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure your comfort throughout the year. Bedding includes a comfortable queen-sized & single bed, an Ikea single sofa bed, as well as a large built-in wardrobe with hangers and drawers. I can also provide a single air bed, and a portable cot, if needed. There is plenty of storage space so that you are not surrounded by luggage during your stay. The full eat-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic stove top, full oven, kettle, and coffee plunger & toaster. Crockery & cutlery to meet basic cooking needs is also provided. If you need anything else I will happily provide it for you. A timber table with four chairs provides a great place for shared dining, and a small desk is available for using your laptop. Extra power points, are available for your devices. The bathroom includes the toilet and dual shower, a laundry hamper and hair dryer, and also has ample storage space for your toiletries. PLEASE NOTE that while the apartment itself is wheelchair accessible, there is a low step up into the shower. The lounge area has a TV, DVD player, and a ChromeCast Dongle to enjoy while you relax in a comfortable leather lounge suite. An iron and ironing board are also provided. You will have access to Wi-Fi. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be on hand for your stay. PARKING Feel free to use the driveway for parking. It is very steep and some guests find it easier to use the street for parking. If you are arriving back after 9pm at night, could you please ensure that you are quiet as you enter out of respect for other guests and our neighbours. PETS POLICY: If you would like to bring your pet with you, please discuss it with me before confirming your booking. As a general rule, I prefer well- behaved, small, non-shedding dogs to be the only pets that stay here. However, if you have another kind of pet that you'd like me to consider, please just ask. If you are bringing your pet with you, please clean up any mess they make using the bags provided, including their droppings which should be placed in plastic bags and put these in the wheelie bin with the red lid at the front of the house.

We're lucky enough to be in a very friendly neighborhood. Neighbors on all sides wave and say hello and there are often people out and about exercising, walking dogs or just enjoying the beautiful South East Queensland weather. We have near by Thai, Indian & Chinese restaurants as well as a number of fast food chains, a great butcher, a Woolworths and a number of other shops a 10 minute walk away in the Alexandra Hills Shopping Centre.

GREAT unit with cute little balcony . The unit may be small but it is in the most sort after suburb of Brisbane - free hopper ferry to take you to the city, South bank and other great ports. I stay here when not booked to unwind and have a mini holiday. No road noise just the river.
While unit is small and compact it is great price, in I feel best suburb of Brisbane. Huge gym to work out in. Cafe on site and many comfortable sitting areas in the complex. Beautiful parks and river walks. You can create simple meals in compact kitchenette or eat out at the most amazing restaurants to suit all price ranges.
No road noise and best suburb in Brisbane that's what I think everything at your door step.
