Durante el viaje visitaremos cascadas, nadaremos en una laguna termal natural (25 C durante todo el año), cuevas de agua, cañones y algunas sorpresas en el camino. No es demasiado extremo ni extenuante a medida que nos trasladamos a los diferentes lugares con la minivan. Este NO es un día de senderismo. Esta excursión es adecuada para casi todo el mundo. En forma o no, joven o con más experiencia ;-) Os guiaremos para acercaros a la enorme cascada, nadar en las aguas termales y realmente casi todo lo que estés haciendo. Si no eres tan activo, todas las ubicaciones son perfectas para relajarse, tomar fotos increíbles y simplemente disfrutar de un día perfecto en la naturaleza con otros viajeros. Por supuesto, hay paradas agradables para comer y beber comida local. Esta experiencia es perfecta para parejas, grupos de amigos, familias, despedidas de soltero y viajeros solitarios.

Here, enjoy an exclusive and intimate dining venue - a Moorish cave and secluded outdoor patio - where we prepare a menu of local tapas and traditional paella, showcasing the best of local produce. This menu is complemented by a comprehensive wine-tasting, with prizewinning wines sourced from the Valencian region. With each course, we share what makes the ingredients so special to the Valencian community. We can cater for all specific dietary requirements. We will meet at the Ruzafa market (in the outer door of the brown part) two minutes from LaLlarga. Among its stalls full of fresh products and people we will learn together from Ramon, official guide of the town hall, how to buy the best products for our paella. LaLlarga is just 3 minutes walk in a pleasant walk through the streets of the most bohemian neighborhood of Valencia. The place was an old butcher shop converted into one of the most emblematic places in the neighborhood, present in Lonely Planet, AD Guide, tripadvisor and in many other publications, LaLlarga will be an extraordinary place to be together during our class hours. In the old original marble bench we will prepare the appetizers, at the bar and the wooden stocks we will taste the water of Valencia, which we will make with fresh oranges and some local wines. In the middle of the place we will dedicate ourselves to her, the undisputed queen of Valencian gastronomy: Paella! Without stress and in an easy and intuitive way we will learn how to cut the ingredients, in what order to put them and how to dose everything well so that the magic is fulfilled. Once ready we will eat it together and we will get to know each other even more!

If just arrived in town this is a perfect introduction to the Spanish gastronomy, the essentials of Valencia and the local culture! We will discover Valencia's old stores and taste their fresh products, have a delicious breakfast, visit the emblematic central market where we will stand to eat Iberian ham, olives, cheese and wine from the region. We will continue this fantastic adventure having a light lunch with obviously one of the most typical dish of Spain with drinks included in a bar / restaurant well appreciated by the inhabitants of our beloved city. We will be visiting 5 spots in total. All the places we go are traditional and family businesses, some of them over 200 years old. Coordinaremos para arrancar la sesión en uno de los icónicos edificios de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias e iremos recorriendo los principales puntos emblemáticos para completar el circuito de la sesión de fotos. Pueden ser sesiones individuales o grupales. Sabemos que puedes tomar fotos por tu cuenta, pero la experiencia de viaje con amigos y familia es más placentera si no debes preocuparte de no salir en fotos, de repetir tomas o de no disfrutar el lugar por estar pendiente de conseguir buenas fotos, además de contar con asesoría para las locaciones más famosas y la toma profesional de fotografías sin perder detalles de tu viaje, ni tiempo. Es un Entrenamiento Personal en grupos reducidos donde justamente nadie hace lo mismo que el otro, centrándose en los objetivos y necesidades de cada persona, la entrenadora seleccionará métodos de entrenamiento y recursos materiales ( bandas de suspensión, anillas, fitball, pesas, barras, bandas elásticas, etc) según el contexto de cada persona. Al mismo tiempo habrán otras personas realizando su rutina personal. La primera parte del entrenamiento será un calentamiento para prepararte para la parte principal haciendo todo tipo de movilizaciones y además se te harán preguntas para detectar cuales son tus gustos, objetivos y necesidades para luego en la parte principal incorporar los ejercicios que tengan que ver con todo lo anterior y al final de la clase se harán ejercicios de automasaje con Foam roller y de flexibilidad. Será al aire libre ( playa las Arenas) con un control y motivación permanente por parte de la entrenadora que te guiará en todo momento del entrenamiento, brindándote un entrenamiento que te ayudará a mantenerte activo y fuerte, dejándote buenas sensaciones al terminarlo.
