Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. From the age of 13 years, a child can participate alone - but please contact me before booking so that I can confirm. I only accept paying participants in the kitchen. Quedaremos en uno de los lugares más famosos del icónico centro de Estocolmo. Haremos un repaso de los planes de tu viaje e intereses para decidir que ruta tomar. Durante nuestro tour explorando la ciudad me encargaré de hacer fotos capturando los momentos y la ciudad que nos rodea, a la vez que charlamos sobre la cultura nórdica. No nos centraremos en retratos muy posados, más bien tomas naturales y espontáneas. En ciertos lugares quizá me centraré mas en la fotografía y ¡me encargaré de dirigir las tomas para sacar lo mejor de ti! También podemos tomarnos una cerveza, un helado o un aperitivo y celebrar tu viaje. Make your visit to Stockholm unforgettable. Book a private photoshoot in the city center of Stockholm. As a professional photographer, I will capture you in a natural and relaxed way. We will walk and shoot in and around the beautiful area of Gamla Stan and Riddarholmen/Stadshuset (depending on the time and lighting). You will go home with the best souvenir from your trip to Stockholm! This experience has a duration of approximately 1 hour in total. Within a week after the experience, you will receive a beautiful selection of photos. You will receive the selection of photos in high resolution and of course, the photos are edited with a lot of care and love from my side. Per shoot you will receive in total between 30-40 jpg photos. My photography style can be best described as authentic, natural and pure. We’ll hit the streets of Tallinn centre and famous areas as Rotermanni and Telliskivi seeking out the most beautiful vistas and secret squares while we capture the moment for you and your travel companions on film. Would you like to explore the arctic nature and traditional winter sport at the same time? Try the Norwegian national sport cross country? Come along with me! I do cross country course in different levels. And I’ll hope to teach, and show you the value and nature thru skiing. First, we'll meet up at the parking spot and start point. Then we go thru the equipment and basic information about cross country before starting. During the lesson and touring I’ll give you some technique advices and how to approve your skiing skills. We enjoy a hot drink and some sweet snacks. After a couple of hours, depending on the weather we return til staring point. INCLUDED; Skis, shoes, poles, guide, warm drink and sweet snacks. With unique oil mixes from Grasse, France, together we mix each unique perfume by hand and I teach the basics of perfume making, what to consider when choosing a scent and a little history. Don't worry if you can't pose, I will direct you, but the poses will still look natural. We will meet at Riddarholmen (near the ships), and take a walk around this beautiful islet which offers a great view of the City Hall, picture-perfect views of Södermalm and features a gorgeous church. After, we will go to the old town, where we will take photos in colorful cobbled alleys, a beautiful hidden square, and we end up at the famous square Stortorget. Join our unforgettable winter kayaking at the heart of Stockholm Archipelago. Escape the big city and enjoy wonderful seaside landscapes, only 40 minutes by bus from Stockholm. Kayak is the best way to discover unique landscape and explore some of the 30,000 islands. We will meet you in our kayak center on Resarö (it's easy to get here by subway + bus 670 and it will take you about 40 minutes from Stockholm). We will start with short safety briefing and caring kayaks for warming up. After changing clothes for drysuits we are ready to paddle into the wild of archipelago. We leave kayak center behind us and glide along the Resarö coastline towards Vaxholm or Bogesund Nature Reserve, depending on wind direction. Area around Vaxholm is among the most beautiful places to paddle. Admire amazing swedish nature and local architecture along the way and listen to local stories. Together we will enjoy the fresh, clear air and the view over archipelago that goes in pale tones. Soak up the scenic winter views and feel immersed in the tranquility, despite being just half an hour from Stockholm. During or after the trip we will enjoy swedish fika with warm drinks and something sweet to follow.
