    The basics are there, everything works! Quiet, small house. Gates on front fence and court yard fenced off. House is in a quiet street. Everything is there so you don't need to bring anything. You are welcome to bring your own food, pillows, towels etc if you prefer your own. It is an old house, maybe 100 years old so a bit of Geelong history!! It is unrenovated but is a great place to stay. It is cosy, cottage feel. If you come from the fancy side of life, this could be a refreshing place to stay or it may not meet your standards. It is very affordable and price is reflective of the age of the house.
    Quiet, close to cbd. it is the only house in the street, up on the right with the magnolias growing over the picket fence. Neighbors are very friendly and keep to themselves. Lovely walk to eastern beach or down to the waterfront.

    There is no parking on the property but plenty of street parking our the front. There is a 2hour parking restriction Monday to Frida(URL HIDDEN)provide a parking residential permit if you would like to use it. There is traffic noise in the area as the location in on a main road.

There are two balconies located one off each of the living areas. Baby friendly with portacot, pram, high chair etc available for use.
    You will be located amongst the numerous cafes, restaurants and attractions the beautiful waterfront has to offer. Across the road is the scenic Corio Bay, Cunningham Pier and the Carousel. The Royal Geelong Yacht Club and Eastern Beach with a pool and semi-circle promenade is a nice walk away. A Ferris wheel operates in the summer months. Other attractions nearby are the Botanic Gardens, Geelong Arts Centre (formerly GPAC), Geelong Art Gallery and Library, the National Wool Museum and the Ford Museum. The Tourist Information Centre is located in the National Wool Museum on the corner of Moorabool and Brougham Streets or there is a kiosk in front of the Carousel. Scenic drives take you to Adventure Water Park, Wineries, the Great Ocean Road and Bellarine Peninsula beaches.
