The property is a self contained oak-framed barn. The Barn is situated just inside the entrance to Leigh Woods National Park and overlooks beautiful open countryside and the woods themselves. The woods boast excellent walking and mountain bike trails. The Barn is a five minute drive / twenty minute walk from Clifton village and a ten minute drive into Bristol city centre and harbour side. There is a bus stop a short walk away with direct links into Bristol city centre / bus / rail links.
The Barn is open plan and is only two years old. It has a king size oak framed bed. There is a bathroom with a walk in wet room / shower. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer. The Barn has Sky tv including all sports and cinema channels accessible on a 120” cinema and surround sound. There is Netflix and an Amazon firestick and also a large collection of dvds. Outside there is a large decking area overlooking open fields with a private hot tub. The Barn is safe and secure and resides behind Forestry Commission gates which are locked from Friday evening through to Monday morning. There is a gate key for guests.

Our private romantic Eco Cabin with compost loo & outdoor shower, lies at the bottom of our large garden and was originally built for our Mum to have her own space, away from the chaos of three children at home and a busy working life. It was built with a deck that over looks the river frome and the local lake. It is the perfect space stay to de-stress. You'll be able to come here, play your favourite music and relax in an incredibly comfy bed before exploring the vibrant city of Bristol.
Our Cosy Cabin has a large double bed with four fluffy pillows and an electric blanket for added warmth. We pre heat the Cabin so that you're as comfy and cosy as you can be from the moment you walk in. The compost loo and hot shower are both situated just outside, in their own huts on the deck. Please come with an open mind, there is a slight chance of spiders. They are not to the liking of everyone and we suggest coming with an open mind. There are slippers available for guests to use when stepping outside to use the facilities. We supply clean towels and shampoo etc. We also provide tea and toast making facilities, you'll find a small trolley filled with various teas, coffee, sugar & jams. We supply cutlery, glassware & mugs for each guest. We want our guests to visit the cabin as a 'get-a-way', to take some time for themselves and enjoy their surroundings so for that reason, we do not have a TV. We do however have free WIFI and a stereo for you to enjoy your own music or tune into the local radio. There are books to read and colouring pens and pencils too. The Cosy Cabin is decorated in our mum's own unique style, she had an eye for antiques and interiors. In the summer guests often open up the doors and lay in the chaise lounge reading a book from Mum's collection. If you're coming for a special occasion, please let us know if there's anything we can do, i.e, cool a bottle of prosecco or leave some rose petals on the bed.
The Cabin is located on the edge of a City Park at the bottom of my large garden, there is a side entrance the door has a key code for security. This is a very safe Neighbourhood, the street is part of a large post war cul-de-sac built to house teachers from the nearby private school. It is a short walk to a small shopping centre and two lively communities with local restaurants and pubs. It is close to two cycle paths, with direct access to pretty walks and historical woodlands, yet still very close to the city. The front of the house is ordinary but the rear is extraordinary (Narnia )

Filwood is a suburban neighbourhood designed in the 1930s as a Garden City as part of the Homes Fit for Heroes Housing Act after the First World War. Built as Council housing, this inter-war red-brick housing estate is typical of its period. There is a strong community ethos and you will be staying at its heart in the grounds of the Filwood Community Centre. The location is just a 10 minute drive from the city centre and Temple Meads railway station. You are 5 minutes walk from the Knowle West Media Centre who, along with Filwood CC, are partners in the We Can Make project. The KWMC is a vibrant community arts and media centre where you can find out much more about the We Can Make project and other cool stuff. Filwood CC has a delightful courtyard and gardens with a locally run café that does a variety of coffees, homemade cakes and hot meals. They also do a mean bacon and egg sandwich. Bristol has a lot to offer to visitors and is is routinely voted one of the best cities in the UK to live in and visit. For sports fans Ashton Gate football ground is just 5 minutes away if you’re a football or rugby fan. Home to Bristol City Football Club and Bristol Rugby.

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants close by. We don’t charge extra for cleaning etc. 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road with everything nearby. Children are welcome but we have no child locks etc. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends.
This is a self contained flat with its own front door. We live in the house above so we're very happy to offer any info about the area or what to do. The flat is on the ground floor and has a small paved outside area too. There is one bedroom with a double bed and also a comfy sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower and bath and a well equipped kitchen. The road is quiet and free parking is available on the road but it is often difficult to find a space. We use Egyptian cotton bedding and provide basics such as tea and coffee, shampoo etc. If you want more than one bath sheet each please let us know. We are happy to get any shopping you want in advance for payment when you arrive. A fold out bed or travel cot can be provided for children if required. Please let us know when you book. We are happy to accept bookings that are longer than a month but just let us know first. Thanks
The Gloucester Rd is a few steps away and we are lucky enough to have some of the best restaurants and gastro pubs nearby. It is the longest road of independent shops in Europe and has a really good selection including a couple of good supermarkets within 5 mins walk, as well as bakers, butchers, fishmongers, green grocers etc. There are also some great retro, vintage and charity shops. The flat is a short walk away from Gloucester Cricket Club which hosts local, national and international matches. We have a Bannatynes Gym with pool close by with membership available by the day. There is a great blog about all the lovely places to eat locally in the flat too. We can send the link if you'd like to plan!

We are central and in the hubbub of Bristol but on a leafy green street with classical Bath stone Victorian Houses. Lots of coffee shops, bars, express supermarkets just at the end of the road.

My flat is in a very central location situated near temple Meads, the train station a short walk away. Cabot circus is a 5-10 minute walk. The room is furnished, has a kingsize bed with memory foam mattress. It has an en-suite and a fair amount of storage available for clothes. Theres a tv in the room and wifi. You will have access to the communal roof gardens, communal parking and a gym (open 24 hours a day) all included in the price. There is also a secure bike store.

We live in an end of terrace house on a friendly, family oriented cul-de-sac. No through traffic for peaceful nights, the only noises are that of children playing and birds chirping but we're just a stones throw from the city! Whilst the room we offer is cosy & compact, it has everything you need....towel rail, mirror, coat hooks, hairdryer, shelved wardrobe, comfortable double bed (with room to store suitcases/bags under), lamp, 4 x plug sockets for all your electronics & bedside table. The lounge has a good size TV which you're more than welcome to use (NETFLIX & AMAZON PRIME only) though the views from your room are far better than watching TV! We welcome you to share our, lounge/diner, bathroom, kitchen (see house manual) and garden whilst you're here...... There is ample on street parking directly outside the house. Welcome to "Bristol Little House". Our private self contained space benefits from it's own private entrance and free street parking so you can come and go as you please. This charming space was newly built in July 2017. Make full use of our kitchen, spacious open living space and en-suite. Take advantage of Sky and Netflix on the flat screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. We are on the otherside of the garden - far enough for you to have your own space but close enough if you want a friendly chat.
This modern, converted space is equipped with: Tea, coffee and sugar. An oven/microwave and double hob, Essential such as bin bags, washing up equipment, shampoo, conditioner and towels. King size sofa bed, Complimentary Netflix and Sky (with Sky Movies) and has a private entrance.
This neighbourhood is very beautiful. Just a short 10 minute walk to the local anemities, such as Porto Lounge; a cosy, friendly cafe/restaurant overlooking Victoria Park. An incredible authentic Italian, La Piazza 1, is a delightful place to eat. There are great walks around this area and many parks such as Oldbury Court Estate, and my favourite Snuff Mills. Perfect for afternoon strolls.

Our home is within easy access of Bristol city centre (20min walk) & Temple Meads train station (10min walk) or short bus journeys. Close to excellent bars, restaurants, convenience stores and parks, it is a good place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and small families. The comfortable private room has a beautiful double bed with ensuite shower & toilet. Bedding, towels, toiletries & a simple breakfast of cereal, toast & hot drinks are provided. FREE PARKING IS ALSO INCLUDED.
Private bedroom with ensuite shower room in a three storey Victorian terrace house. The bedroom is equipped with a beautiful new double bed with a foam topped medium-firm pocket sprung mattress which can accommodate one or two people. The ensuite has a walk in shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The bedroom is on the lower ground floor, adjacent to the kitchen which leads onto the garden. Access to the house is on the floor above, at street level. Due to its position in the house there are no windows in the bedroom, however, this makes for a private, cosy and relaxing space to spend the night. I will meet you on arrival to check you in but it is also possible to check yourself in using the lock box if necessary. Late night self check in is charged at £10. The house is located on Firfield Street which is a quiet street off a main road which leads into the city in one direction or out towards Somerset in the other. It is conveniently located for access to Temple Meads train station, the city centre and the airport. It's located close to many shops, bars and restaurants on Wells Road, including Banco Lounge (for a wide selection of food and drink to suit all tastes) and Eat Your Greens (vegan cafe) and has a Tesco Express, Co-Op, and Fox and West deli/greengrocers (selling many whole food, vegan and organic options) all within a 5 minute walk. ****** INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE: WiFi Bedding and Linen Towels and Flannels Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel and Toilet Roll Breakfast: Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, various Cereal, Bread, various Spreads, including vegan and dairy options. Don't worry though, they sleep on the top floor of the house (2 floors away from guests) and are not in the habit of having midnight parties just yet! Our home tends to wake up around 7am and we eat breakfast in the kitchen next door to the bedroom so please be aware there may be some general family noise in the morning. The Totterdown area of Bristol is a beautiful place with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Firfield street is close to all local amenities and really well connected for travel into the city and beyond. The bus stop at the top of our street goes directly to the city centre. We have plenty of cafes and pubs within walking distance offering food and drink to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

The rear of the house is glass from top to bottom, allowing you a full view of the surrounding river area, as well as full natural light filling all the back rooms. The property is also supplied by renewable energy sources from being solar powered! Locally we have a Co-op supermarket within a 10min walk along the river path open from 7am -11pm daily. Bus routes are within easy walking reach to the city centre, and the nearest train station is a 25 mins walk away. The area is rich in big outdoor spaces within easy reach, the nearest being a 5 minute walk. There's Trooper’s Hill Nature Reserve, and the path along the river that leads to the Eastwood Farm Nature Reserve, and of course Beese’s Riverside Bar.

Our beautiful basement flat has a modern, stylish space, perfectly located for exploring Bristol! With vibrant Clifton on your door step, opposite the Lido and with the city centre just a 10 minute bus ride away you couldn't be in a more central location! If you're a business traveller we are minutes away from the BBC, University of Bristol and 10 minutes from the BRI.
The flat is spacious, modern and perfect for both business and pleasure! We've kept the decor simplistic throughout the flat to suit all travellers, however you will still see our personal touches here and there... As you enter the property you will enter into the spacious living/dining area. The sofa is brand new and one of the comfiest we've had! Not only is it the comfiest but it also pulls out into a sofabed should you wish to travel as a group of 3 or 4. Walking down the hallway towards the kitchen you have the bathroom on your right with a separate bath and shower, all brand new and modern. The main bedroom is located at the back of the flat overlooking the patio area - we've kept everything minimal and created a calming atmosphere. There's space for clothes in the bedroom, along with hangers in the wardrobe if you want to hang anything up. Parking permits are available on request The kitchen is kitted out with all the mod cons you need - dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and kettle etc. If you continue through the kitchen you can walk out on to the sun bathed patio right at the back of the property. We've been lucky enough to get a large, south facing patio in Clifton so make the most of it! We've left table and chairs out there for you to enjoy the sun. Parking permits are available on request.
Clifton speaks for itself - the area is gushing with character and you'll never be lost for things to do. The famous Clifton Lido is a stones throw away (visible from the top of the steps!) and the surrounding area is brimming with bars, restaurants and cafes. We will leave a MyQuarter card in the flat which will get you 10% discount at Racks Bar and Kitchen on St Paul's Road!

Our studio is located between Southmead and BRI hospitals in the quiet residential area of Bishopston & just off the famous Gloucester Rd with its independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Lovely room in house, in Southville area of Bristol. Only 5 mins walk to the Docks area, and 10-15 mins to the city centre, across the small river. Also, it's 10 mins walk the other way to the North Street area, with its variety of independent shops & cafes etc.
You will find a very comfortable double mattress, a clean room with towels and hairdryer provided. There is a good shower & bath.
The City Centre is an easy walk away. For example, in 7 mins you can be at the M-Shed museum, 10 mins at the Arnolfini Gallery, on the on the docks. A 14 minute walk will take you to the Waterfront area, where there is the Watershed arthouse cinema and many pubs and bars along the harbourside. You can also walk to King St in 15 minutes, where there are lots of historical pubs and bars, and free live music in the evenings. I have listed various places of interest (some bars, restaurants, galleries etc) on my 'Guidebook' function, on the top right of the page here. They are all places that I've been to and recommend for this reason, and are within walking distance around the city. There is a large supermarket only 8 mins walk away, a great local organic deli 10 mins walk away (on North St), and a swimming pool 10 minutes walk away. There are also other local food shops in Bedminister and Southville (quite nearby).

Casita Paraiso Eco Chalet is one of the UK's first tiny houses. Designed by sculptor/architect Miguel Humbert, it is a romantic little hideaway for one or two. It is very central and perfect for exploring all that Bristol has to offer, train 5 minutes away, national coach and busses. We are in the heart of cosmopolitan Montpelier- voted the 'hippest' neighbourhood in UK by TravelSupermarket
Casita provides a perfect space to relax and unwind, whether you're here for work or play. It's a sun-trap, south-facing, with a tall rosebush for shade on the wooden decking and seating. You will need to mount the curved, hand built stairs, to the cozy king sized bed above. Its porthole window comes from the Bristol docks, and some of the design is slightly Rudolf Steiner-ish. It was my son's space for many years, well out of sight and sound of mama for his overnight guests..... The main house has been our family home for over 28 years, so we are well equipped for many things, and events. Our first floor bedroom was the home of Bristol's first ever salsa and lambada dance studio in 1991..
Walking down Picton Street, the first shopping centre of the old city, you will be greeted by local artist Alex Lucas's pink mural "Welcome to Montpelier". There are a number of gorgeous historic buildings nearby. 5 minutes’ walk takes you to St. Werburghs, an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the city. Highlights include the city farm, self-build community ‘The Yard’, numerous allotments, Gaudi-like cafe and local's favourite pub The Farm. 10 minutes’ walk takes you to the organic supermarket and cafe Better Foods. Richmond Road is a particularly special place, with an eclectic mix of residents. We have a home for the learning disabled, people from various religious and ethnic backgrounds, grand colourful Grade 2 listed buildings and Daddy G/Massive Attack's tastefully period home and garden. We came here partly because it reminded us of Ladbroke Grove & Portobello Road- positive and creative people from all over the world. The excellent Cadbury pub is 30 seconds down the hill, a great place to meet friendly residents from our wonderful community. Bristol has been getting quite a reputation for its food scene, and in Montpelier it doesn’t have to break the bank! For eating out your choices are endless - from the timeless Bristolian cafe, to the exotic Thali Cafe and arguably the best pizza in town at Napolita. In the morning you can walk down to Herbert’s, a family-run bakery that you can be easily found by following your nose. If you want to work up an appetite then why not try the Bristol Climbing Centre, a stunning set of climbing and bouldering walls set inside an old church (you can even climb up in to the clock tower!).

The property is close to Stapleton Road train station and is just a few minutes walk from several bus stops servicing both the city and other local areas. We are located near to the Frome Valley cycle path and Eastville park. Our check-in times are moderately flexible but we cannot, under any circumstances, accept any arrivals after 10pm.
Our home is located in the the vibrant Eastville area of Bristol famous for its multi-cultural cuisine and festivals. There's a range of cafes, restaurants, several great pubs, a fabulous bakery, a church, a mosque and even a bookies. One of our local streets, St Marks Road, has recently been named in the top three greatest streets in the UK. We are also located near to the Frome Valley Walkway which is a 29km (18 mile) long path following the River Frome from the River Avon in the centre of Bristol to the Cotswold Hills in South Gloucestershire. The property is also close to the Bristol and Bath Cycle Path which is a 13 mile off road route between the cities of Bristol and Bath. The path is open to walkers and cyclists and access is provided for disabled users. The Path is many things to many people - an integral commuting route, an attractive leisure path and an important wildlife corridor.

The neighbourhood is lovely. It is situated just off main routes in a residential area. You are a brief walk to the University of West England so the house is ideally placed. You are surrounded by a large park (Stoke Park) which is great for walks, runs and bike rides. A lovely view across the city. It is the best of both worlds - not too busy, lovely scenic views but also very accessible to the city centre and main bus routes.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment, with bleached oak, hard wood floor and under floor heating. It is a fantastic, light and relaxing space with 3 meter bifold doors with integrated blinds, that fully open out onto a shared court yard with our house. There are large electric velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
The main room has a very comfortable king-size sofa bed (6 foot 6 x 4 foot 8 inch), a dining area and a double desk. We have a brand new 40 inch smart TV, (with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Freeview, BBC Iplayer) and wifi. It is heated via electric underfloor heating. The bathroom is a lovely space. It has a power shower, sink and loo. It has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. There is also a utility room with sink, toaster and kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a fridge freezer. Please note that we do not have cooking facilities but there are plenty of great places to eat nearby! We will provide a continental style breakfast including a choice of cereals, bread, jams, tea, coffee and milk for the morning. Essentials such as bin bags, washing up equipment, shampoo, conditioner and towels and a hair dryer are provided.
We are fabulously located in the north of Bristol. It is located 1 min walk from the famous Gloucester Road, which is one of the largest High Streets in the UK and has the most independent shops of any street in the country. It is packed with great places to eat and drink, listen to music and party. Walk for 30-40 mins down the Gloucester Road and you will be in Bristol City Center. There are also buses every few minutes. Bristol Rovers and Gloucester Cricket Ground are both a short walk. Beautiful Clifton and the Clifton Suspension Bridge is a nearby. We are also very close to Filton, which is home to many businesses including; Airbus, Rolls Royce and the MOD.

The entrance is difficult to find, please check "Read more about the space" section, and in the photos section there are some maps to help you. Please, bear in mind that the rooms have no lock and the house is shared with other Airbnb guests, if you have valuable items I can store them in a safe-box. The room is large and well located: many shops around, buses 24h, airport at 25 mins by bus, and city center at 25 mins walk.
The room is basic, bright and comfortable. It has a double bed, two bed-side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc. It has nice views to Victoria Park. The Kitchen is a common area with table and chairs to eat.
It is close to Southbank club, and Asda supermarket 24h. There are many shops, caffe shops, restaurants, etc. Very well communicated by bus to the airport A2, and to the city centre all day and night 75, 76, 77. The Bedminster train station is at 2 mins walk and Temple Meads is at 15-20 mins walk.

Beautiful loft conversion in family home with own bathroom. Stunning panoramic views of Bristol from the front and peaceful gardens and allotments at the back. We live on a quiet road 0.7 miles from Temple Meads train station and 1.4 miles from the city centre. Continental breakfast provided for short term guests. Access to our shared kitchen can be arranged for longer stays. There are two lovely parks on the doorstep plus shops, great pubs, eateries, a bakery and a boutique gym nearby.
The room is a converted attic in our home - shared with a family of 4 and a house rabbit. 1 double bed and 2 single sofa beds, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. We also have a travel cot available if you need it. Own small but well appointed bathroom. Note this is situated under eves and the shower is small so may not suit taller / bigger people. Hot drink making facilities in room with shared kitchen downstairs. We have everything you’re likely to want somewhere in the house so if you’re in need of something give us a shout. Please be aware that the attic location means there are lots of stairs up the the room so accessibility may be an issue for some. We are always willing to help with heavy luggage.
We live in the Lower Knowle area of south Bristol. Our community is extremely friendly and on the border of Totterdown - a bohemian district of colourful, painted houses. The city itself is a truly vibrant place, busy with cultural events and diverse communities. Bristol is full of historic sights from the Clifton Suspension bridge to the SS Great Britain and has a great reputation for street art (Banksy is from here), live music, festival culture, hot air balloons and world-class food. As well as great shopping, theatre and cinemas nearby we’re also close to the beautiful open greenery of Ashton Court and fascinating Arnos Vale and in easy reach of the Mendips and Cotswolds. Easy transport links to Bath, Wells, Bradford on Avon, Glastonbury, Clevedon, Weston Super Mare and Cheddar. We are lucky enough to live within an easy walk or cycle of the city centre and harbour as well as Temple Meads so why not leave your car behind!

A relatively large, double room in the annexe of our family home, just off the famous Gloucester Road. A lovely, large garden just outside the window and your own private entrance. The room is at the back of the house and guests regularly tell us how wonderfully quiet it is. Excellent transport links and close to the city centre, there is also a folding table to work or eat at or simply fold away. No cleaning fees added.
Your own entrance is available to a lovely, bright room with large window overlooking the garden which we think of as a slightly wild oasis right here in the city. There is a double bed in the room, along with TV, a selection of books and DVDs for you to enjoy during your stay, a hairdryer, a practically en suite shower room. There is a wardrobe with hanging space and a folding table with drawers in it. The table is suitable for eating or working at but can also be folded away if you don't need it. There is ample free parking on the street. There is a kettle with a selection of teas and coffee in the room.
The Gloucester Road is famous for its independent shops and restaurants. We moved here recently and just love the local area as well as Bristol and the South West in general. We'd love to give you some tips on local restaurants, bars, walks, museums, art galleries...and much more, no doubt.

Our apartment is recently built. It has one room with double bed,sofa bed and table and chairs . A kitchenette with full size oven. The flat is located in a hidden lane. Right next to our house. It's above our work shop so there might be noise in a daytime. Apart from that our lane is quiet and peacefull. You can walk to the centre, Whiteladies rd. and Gloucester rd. in 20 min.University, hospital and BBC are around 10 min walk. Great for guests needing to be close to them. Parking is included.
Please note our flat is over 2 floors. There is space saving staircase through the apartment. It takes a little bit of getting used to. It might not be suitable to everyone. Please reffer to pictures in description. Sizewise although being over 2 floors flat is almost like studio. In upstairs bedroom is double bed,sofa bed and table and chairs. Downstairs is kitchenette and bathroom. Please reffer to pictures to get idea. It is suitable for couples or 2 friends.The workshop where airbnb flat is have office next to the bedroom. Most of the time we use workshop for storage or office use, from time to time my partner uses it for projects. It can be noisy in day time, however we try to be considerate to our guests to not come in too early and i always let my guests know in advance if there's going to be any noise Thank you for understanding. Otherwise it's very peaceful.
We live in Cotham, it's very nice residential area with some amazing Victorian buildings. You can walk in 5 minutes to St. Michaels hill. There are few cafes, pubs and nice vegan indian take away . If you like your coffee. There is artisan coffee roasters called 2 Days Coffee Roasters. And very handy late opening food store co-op. Just around the corner turning left from Hartfield ave is small convenience store. You can get nice bread and milk there. Other essentials even all day Sunday. A michellin star restaurant Bulrush is few doors up from the shop.There are loads of other places to eat on Cotham hill. It's again about 7 min walk straight over roundabout as walking to St. Michael's hill. If you like some music there are plenty of bars on Stokes croft and Gloucester rd. It takes about 15-20min walk, similar time frame is to walk to city centre and Waterfront. If you'd like more recommendations please let me know.
