We first will meet in my shop in Montelupo Fiorentino, opened for 20 years in a historical village known all over the world for its ceramic production. Montelupo is situated precisely in the middle of Pisa and Florence so it is easily reachable by train or by car in about a half-hour from both sides. It is a beautiful village and I hope you will love it as I do! From the shop we will go together to the factory where I will show you the cycle of production of Italian handmade pottery, telling you the history behind and explaining all the techniques. If you want, there is also the possibility to design and purchase something new that will be custom made for you by our artisans! After the factory, it will be your turn! We will go back to the shop where my father will be happy to teach you how to make your pottery piece. Don't worry if you never used a wheel, the course is funny and satisfying for everyone! And as icing on the cake your creation will be fired and shipped to your house, to have a tangible memory of the experience but above all to have a piece of Tuscany at home! If you want to learn something special while having a unique travel experience, come and try river surfing! There are different waves for all skill levels! Meeting at the wave, we'll get into the wetsuit, learn some basic rules within minutes. Right after that, you'll get the chance to spend 45min on the water. Changing afterwards again takes a couple of minutes and if you're keen we finish of by having some tea or beer in my favorite little cafe close-by. Other things to note - you need to know how to swim - not kidding: I had people interested who were not able to swim and still wanted to surf...

Once you become familiar with the subject, you will dedicate the last minutes to the engraving of a marble scale that you can take away as a souvenir of the experience! We will welcome you on board and first of all we would like you to relax on our comfortable and wide Italian wooden boat "Atma". We will smoothly move along the cost in the calm water of the lake, enjoying some drink and watch some amazing private villas and gardens, visible only from the lake. We will visit this magic Island Comacina where we will tell you some story... Then we will pass in fron of Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella, Villa Balbiano and many others. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. With my small open and comfortable 6 meter motor boat, exclusively for you, we're going to enjoy the sunset in the lagoon, in my opinion the best time to appreciate it, starting from the residential area of Cannaregio, and then sailing to the northern lagoon in the Burano and Torcello area, where you can admire colors and a pristine lagoon, tasting a prosecco doc from our area. In the northern lagoon we will discover unexpected corners, in the area near Burano, breathtaking views and a magnificent sunset view over Venice, until our return to our meeting point.

Together we will spend some hours at Tananei farmhouse, our paradise on hills surrounded by olive trees, in the most genuine Tuscany. We will make a "walk" through the EVO Oil world, exploring the entire process from cultivation to olives harvest, transformation at oil mill and finally conservation. Then we will have a real walk among our olive trees to start recognizing the different kind of olives. You will have the chance to admire a beautiful landscape, where you can see all the beautiful nature Tananei farmhouse is surrounded by. After that we will introduce you in the charming world of professional oil tasting, as done by the official testers (oil sommeliers). At the end you will enjoy an unforgettable DINNER (together with red wine of the area) where Tuscan specialties will be flavored with different kind of EVO Oils , so that you can start learning how to combine EVO oils with food. The dinner will be served alfresco, among the olive trees or in front of our crackling fireplace depending on season. Although the course is managed by professional of the EVO Oil sector, it will be a funny experience in an informal setting. At the same time it will be a UNIQUE experience because we are among the few to be EVO Oil producers + official EVO tasters + restaurateurs!

Wir werden vom Niederbauen aus auf eine Panoramaflug (10-30 Minuten) vom nahe gelegenen Startplatz Niederbauen starten. Dabei versuchen wir den Gipfel von Niederbauen zu überhöhen. Von dort aus erschließt sich uns der Blick über den Gotthard, der Haupt Kamm der Schweizer Alpen. Je nach Windrichtung müssen oder können wir auch andere Startplätze in der Region auswählen. Wir fliegen von der Klewenalp, Brunni in Engelberg oder von der Biehlen oder der Brändlen im Engelberger Tal. An Start und Landeplätzen fehlt es hier in der Region nicht. Deswegen ist die Schweiz im vergleich zu anderen Ländern wie Deutschland ideal für Hike and Fly Touren. Man kann fast überall starten und Landen wenn es der Landbesitzer erlaubt. Grundvorraussetzung für den Start ist das der Passagier fähig ist einige Schritte zu laufen da wir für den Start beschleunigen müssen um abheben zu können. Die Landung erfolg relativ einfach indem Pilot und Passagier sich wieder aufrichten und eine Schritte laufen bevor man den Boden berührt. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. We will meet close to the Porta al Prato Florence train station. I will then take you to a 500 year old wine cellar to taste the best Tuscan wines and learn the secrets of wine making. Afterwards I will take you to my own farm where i make olive oil and wine to have lunch and taste local cheese. At the end I can show you my vines and then take you back to the Porta al Prato train station in Florence, where I picked you up.
