Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Beachcomber is a three bedroom terraced house ideally suited for a access to the coast. Positioned moments from the sea and a short walk to the local town. Everything you need is close by as Rustington boasts bars, restaurants and shops. Being recently refurbished this house is well equipped and provides high levels of comfort. The ground floor is set up for open plan living and the bedrooms provide calm spaces. With a private private garden you can enjoy the outside and fire up the BBQ.

The 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and open plan with a comfortable lounge area, a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs both en-suite bedrooms are light and airy, with a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. 2 allocated parking spaces.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. A peaceful seaside hideaway - a secluded, tranquil space with a superking or twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen and living room, with conservatory and south-facing patio area, all within a short stroll of our beautiful, quiet beach.  A self-catering detached cottage, with its own driveway, private parking, EV charging (for a £15 additional cost per charge) and cycle loan/storage. Close proximity to historical Arundel, with its Castle and Cathedral, Goodwood - Racecourse, Festival of Speed and Revival. Brighton and Chichester are close too. Walking on the beautiful South Downs and the Angmering and Arundel Parks and, of course, the beautiful beach at Rustington.
