Zusätzlich steht euch ein Garten mit Sitzgarnitur und ein Griller zur Verfügung. Gäste schätzen vor allem die Natur mit ihrer Berglandschaft, die zum Wandern einlädt. Aber auch für die Luftqualität hat unsere Gemeinde eine Auszeichnung erhalten

In nur 10 Gehminuten sind Sie im Zentrum der Marktgemeinde Mondsee und am See, sowie in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Salzburg. "Cottage IKA" is an older, cozy single-family timber house with a small garden and is located in a quiet, green area. Walking 10 minutes you are in the center of Mondsee and at the lake “Mondsee”, in 20 minutes by car in Salzburg.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.
