All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Villa Stancija Kavali je novoobnovljena kamena kuća u ruralnom okruženju. Smještaj je jedinstven, u netaknutoj prirodi, uz rub šume, sa vanjskim terasama. Izuzetno je mirno i tiho. Kuća se nalazi u zaseoku Sušnji, u mjestu Zvoneća. Najbliža plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 7 km, u Opatiji. Kuća nudi zajednički dnevni prostor sa kaminom i dobro opremljenom kuhinjom, roštiljem, wi-fi, parkiralištem. U kući se nalaze 4 spavaće sobe, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu, smart TV i klimatizaciju.

This well equipped holiday home is located in the small village of Žejane, in the midst of the most beautiful nature. It is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy relaxing views, fresh air and peaceful nights, for those who like an active holiday like hiking or biking or those who simply appreciate quiet and tranquility . The beaches are just a 25 minute drive away as well as the town of Rijeka and Opatija. But the location is also good if you want to explore Istra or the nearby islands.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you want to wake up to the birdsong this is the place for you. Nice and green neighbourhood. Close to everything but still not in the hive. Vicinity of highway entrance for all directions (Istra, Briuni NP, Zagreb, Plitvice NP, North Adriatic Islands..). Close to the beach (5 min car drive). Nearest supermarket is at walking distance.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
