The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. This wonderful cozy studio is super private, with its own entrance right on the side of the house. Plus, it comes with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s a peaceful, private space with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a big refrigerator, a queen-size bed, a 45” smart TV, a private entrance, an outdoor deck that leads to the backyard, and parking right next to the unit. We’re just a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the GA Aquarium, and 15 minutes to Gas South Arena.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.
