There is a cave door separating the living/kitchen area and bedroom. So if you are taller than 5' 4", you will have to duck :).

Built as an in-Law quarters, it has it's own Front & Back door, Heat/Air Conditioning System, Patio/Private Fenced Yard, and off street parking. The Cottage and the main house are separated by a Hall/Laundry room. This cottage is licensed by the City of Roseville and we pay TOT tax on each stay. .

This gorgeous newly remodeled 2 bedroom [NOTE:2 king size beds and 2 rollaway beds(available upon request)] and 2 bath. Unwind and relax. Hang out in the spacious backyard. Note: $500 extra cleaning fee if smoking or pet hair detected. Due to allergies, we are unfortunately unable to host any animals. Due to CoVid-19 safety - hot tub is not available.
