It's set up like an extended stay, with a bed, table/chairs, and simple kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water boiler for coffee/tea). Parking is available on nearby streets. Shared HVAC system with main house. AC is on a timer and can be turned on at request. A space heater is available in the room to augment whole house heating. Please note that this is near an active (and noisy) train line.

This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
