Free usage of our 2 bikes! 1 bedroom condo with 620 total sq ft, nearly 2x the size of most studio condos nearby. Excellent location in Seacrest and 200-300 yards west of Rosemary green space. Condo has four windows which can be opened to overlook the Seacrest square. Seacrest Beach access is about a 10 minute walk or a convenient shuttle ride which is provided seasonally. Free use of two pools (one heated year round) and hot tub. King sized bed. Queen size sleeper sofa plus air mattress.

See why this area is my family's happy place! Enjoy a 6 ft deep heated pool, hot tub, and child's wading pool, or stroll 5-7 mins to our Seacrest Beach access (free tram from Mar-Oct). You will enjoy having everything you need within walking distance with tailored recommendations from me.

Explore 30A by walking or biking to the local shops and restaurants. The amazing beaches are a 5 minute walk away and the water is magical. Free tram if you don't want to walk.
