The cottage suite is within walking distance to Paia town with gourmet restaurants, cafe's, boutiques and health food store. Ten minutes walk to Paia beach and just 10 min. from the airport. You’ll love it because of the ocean front location, sunsets every night. The cottage has everything you need, kitchenette with small refrigerator, BBQ. There are only a few places on the ocean to rent in this area. The cottage is good for anybody who loves Paia town and be right on the ocean.
About 320 square feet cottage plus private lanai. The cottage suit is very well designed with a full bathroom, kitchenette with small refrigerator, coffeemaker, Toaster and rice cooker, king size bed and sitting area. There is a gas BBQ available and washer and dryer. The lanai has nice outside furniture for enjoying sunsets every evening.
Our commitment is to offer a very clean accommodation, towels, bathroom rugs, sheets, blankets, comforters, duvets, mattress pads are always washed before check-in.

The property has two dwellings. The main house is also a vacation rental. There is private parking place for each rental on the property available.
The garden area is shared with guests of the main house.
The use of the property is limited to registered guests.

My public office in Paia is open Monday to Friday from 9am - 4pm. My assistant and myself are available for any questions or concerns and will be happy to help you with any activity reservation or information. We also offer great car rental rates with most rental car companies.
Outside office hours I will be available for any emergency by phone.
