Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). This self-contained space, is ideal for 1 or two people to enjoy a restful stay with a newly appointed kitchen and bathroom. It has its own private entrance and outside seating area. A bus service to Brighton and universities is a 5 minute walk away. The train station and Lewes town Centre are about a 10 minute walk away. Easy access to walk and bike rides in the South Downs National Park.

Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Spacious, self-contained, well-equipped, one-bedroom garden annex in a quiet part of Lewes. We are 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and Lewes station, and 5 minutes to the South Downs. Lewes is a vibrant town with an interesting history and close to Brighton. Our refurbished annex is perfect for relaxing, exploring the local area, visiting family or whilst travelling for work. It has a light, modern feel, and generously-sized rooms.

Garden Huts B&B Caburn

Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
