Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

This is the perfect home base for your beach vacation. You can't get any closer to the Ocean. High tide is 10 feet from your door!

Located approximately 1/2 mile north of the Hampton Beach center - an easy 15 - 20 minute walk to all activities, restaurants and shops. This unit offers a private balcony, full bath, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Free Wifi, A/C, heat and onsite parking for one vehicle. Please be aware that there is construction taking place near our building.

Clark Currier Inn - Sargent Room

The Sargent room is a multi-bed room (1 full and 2 twin beds) that makes it a perfect room for families and reunions. The room was named for the Sargent Family, long-term occupants and owners of the Clark Currier House. Sam Sargent was the founder of the local art association in Newburyport. His picture can be seen on the outside of the Newburyport Art Association building downtown. His Sargent School of Painting was located in the old carriage house on the property.
