The Rock House is a 1940's giraffe rock duplex that we've renovated. Located in the historic downtown area, a country garden setting with an artistic vibe. Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

Walk or bike through park- like Edgewater Beach Resort, Empire Park, and below Powersite Dam on the paved, wooded trail. Play disc golf next door at Empire Park.

Room 21 is a hot tub suite located at our vintage motel Downtown Hollister. The room is on the creekside of the building and boasts its own private deck and private hot tub. Enjoy the creek and other shared areas of our place including a pickleball court, bbq area, yard games, indoor game room, and free use kayaks. You are within walking distance to the areas best restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and brew houses at our Downtown Hollister location. We are only one mile to the Branson Landing.

SADIE’S Cottage is a studio layout, private cottage in Branson, MO. Located at Sunset Hills Cottages - an ADULTS ONLY retreat nestled on a beautifully wooded 7 acre property. Enjoy the serene surroundings, including our beautiful Swimming Pond, and an abundance of wildlife. Sadie’s Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Sadie’s Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. All guests must be 21+.

Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.
