This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

There is a private rock beach and beautiful sunsets! It's a great place to get away with family, a few friends, significant other or a quiet getaway by yourself. It's also a great place to visit in the winter when you're looking for some quiet get away!

Fish right off the dock or venture off to your favorite cove. Bring your canoe / kayak or use one of our kayaks. This is a special place sure to create an experience and memories for a lifetime. Note: Dock removed for season in October.

Our "Getaway by the Lake" is located in the Crystal Beach area of Canandaigua Lake. Our cozy, well appointed cottage is located a half-block from a private community beach/park area and short walk to 2 other community water access points. It's the perfect setting for social distancing or a new spot to work from home.
