The Barn - Central Richmond with parking

In the heart of Richmond our two floor renovated barn makes a great base for touring the Yorkshire Dales. This relaxed space stands in a courtyard off the top of Frenchgate, one of the town's best-known ancient cobbled streets. It's a peaceful spot only a few minutes' walk from the market square with its shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Free parking (one car). We provide you with the basics to get you started (coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter etc). Towels, shampoo and bedding also provided.

Brackenber Byre cosy cabin & garden in the Dales

Brackenber Byre is a cosy converted outbuilding next to an old hill-top farm house. It has a private outdoor campfire area. No WiFi...sorry! Enjoy the log fire, deep bath, double bed and unique decor. The Byre is in the beautiful landscape of the Westmorland Dales and the ideal location for biking, walking, photos, watching wildlife, farm animals and chilling! The Byre sleeps 2 + pet, has a double bed, is heated by a log burner, has a tiny kitchen, a bath and WC. 1 car space right outside.

Bumble Cottage - Sedbergh (19 miles to Windermere)

Bumble Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached barn conversion. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. Hawks Barn, overlooking Pen-y-Ghent, is a luxury mix of contemporary combined with original charm, situated 0.6 miles from Horton-in-Ribblesdale. Perfect for the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, Pennine Way, Pennine Bridleway or a relaxing rural break away from the madding crowd. Rooms can be split, superkings, singles or a mix sleeping a total of 9 guests. For evenings out, the warm and welcoming Crown Hotel pub is ideally located at the end of the lane, an easy 10min walk (Sleeps 9).

South facing rustic stone built barn conversion for 4 people close to Acomb village within the Dark Sky National Park. A private garden from which to enjoy stunning views and stargaze. Hadrian's Wall, Hexham market town, country walks, cycle routes and village pubs all a stones throw from the doorstep. The Michelin Star restaurant,Pines is 10 mins away. The Barn@Graham House

Welcome to The Barn@Graham House in the picturesque hamlet of Marrick in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Built in 1850 as a barn this historic space was recently sympathetically converted into a beautiful one-bedroomed fully equipped cottage with original features and modern comforts. The peaceful private garden and copse has far reaching views across Swaledale and is filled with a variety of bird calls. A truly inspirational rural retreat for dogs, walkers and lovers of natural beauty.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

Nestled among some of the most dramatic and scenic countryside in the North of England, uniquely located on the doorstep of the Pennine Way, one of England's most historic and beautiful national trails, offering some of the finest upland walking in England.

Appleby barn conversion +hottub, Murton, Cumbria

Mini Murton House is a converted dog friendly barn situated in the peaceful village of Murton. There is a Finnish wood burning hot tub on your own private south facing patio. The barn retains many original features, with exposed beams and large barn door. Cosy wood burning stove, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 mezzanine level). We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible: The Mini Murton House toilet has been twinned, we have 4 recycling bins and a composter.

Low Green Barn, located in Tranquil Teesdale

Low Green Barn is a converted barn, attached to our family home and located in the middle of the village of Mickleton. Before booking, please bear in mind we offer limited cooking facilities, with no oven or grill. We can provide you with local recommendations for eating out. Driveway parking is shared with owners and can accommodate one guest vehicle. Owners Tessa and Dave live in the adjoining main farmhouse and are available via text/in person if needed.
