Noah’s Ark is our Shepherd’s Hut situated in a rural conservation area just inside Cornwall and nestles between our goat’s & ponies’ paddock and overlooks our bordering river. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling & walks on Bodmin & Dartmoor & equidistant from the north & south coasts. Get away from it all, going back to basics but with a few luxuries such as an ensuite bathroom (shower), 100% cotton bedding and kitchenette. It has magnificent views of Dartmoor and the surrounding countryside and is a fifteen minute walk from the local pub, The Clovelly Inn. Just 20-minute drive of Okehampton, historic Tavistock and Launceston and a 40-minute drive from much-loved Bude beach. The Hide is set on 8 acres with a 6-man hot tub (booked separately).

The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut

Nestled on the outreaches of Dartmoor National Park, The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut is a custom built, rustic hut, in an outstanding rural countryside location. Sleeping 4 people in two double beds and a wood burner to keep you toasty all year round! The Hut has a cosy kitchen with a double gas burning ring and running water, a breakfast bar and a table for dining. We also have an onsite, open air, WOOD FIRED PIZZA RESTAURANT, open on select nights from April to December.

I spent 19 months in a shed making this from scratch, and it has my heart. It's designed to meld the security of home with the whims of the wild. There's a bus windscreen above the bed for star/cloud gazing, your own private woodland clearing, a woodburner, and all you need for good dining. It's totally secluded, you won't see anyone or visa versa. Now featuring a hot outdoor shower among the trees, running hot water inside, and Wi-Fi for the WFH crew.

We also include tea, instant coffee and fresh ground coffee, hot chocolate with mini marshmallows and a selection of fresh and dried herbs. You have exclusive access to the hot tub during your stay.
