The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Stan ima kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa izlazom na balkon i pogledom na Bokokotorski zaliv,sobu sa velikim krevetom i balkonom koji pruža pogled na zaliv,druga soba je sa 2 ležaja i jedno kupatilo.  Since we only had 5 star reviews and earned the Superhost status- we didn't have much to fix, we just improved our offer even more. Everything that was big - now is even bigger (145 square meters) and everything that was modern - is now even more modern and all in order to provide our guests with the perfect place to relax or work remotely.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

My place is located in Risan just 10 minutes away ( foot) from city center. Apartment is situated on the first floor of family house, suraround by Mediterans greenery. My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.
