Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Holme View, Masham

Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.

Luxury super king/twin beds, log burner and beautiful interiors await. Enjoy walking trails direct from the door or explore the many sights of Yorkshire from this central location. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.
