Avotu Street (translated as “spring water”) is well known for its many wedding shops. Free parking is available in the backyard. Please note: Parties are not allowed. This contemporary studio apartment has been renovated and equipped with modern amenities and everything necessary for a short stay in Riga. The apartment is located on a chic street in the city center with some nice cafes and bridal shops, 12 minute walk from the central train station and 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Plenty of public transport options available within 3 minute walk, which will help you reach tourist attractions in no time. The sofa bed has been changed to a bed.

It’s not too far from Riga city centre, many public transportation options available in close proximity. There are food store near by. Commute to Old Riga takes 15 min via public transport or 30 min by foot. Double/Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). No smoking inside apartment.
