The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Situated in the unique position of having it’s feet in Gunnerside Ghyll, totally detached and in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Debra Cottage abounds with character. Every room is a delight of bespoke joinery and high quality fittings. Built in 1793 and in the centre of Gunnerside Village, this cottage is an ideal base to explore and enjoy all the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. The sound of the river welcomes you as you step though the front door, but all is tranquil inside.

A characterful cosy cottage for two (Super King zip link or twin beds) in beautiful Arkengarthdale, the most northerly of The Yorkshire Dales, with large walk-in shower. There are stunning walks from the door, along Arkle Beck, through picturesque woods or onto open moorland. Secure cycle storage is available, the area is perfect for on and off-road cycling and we can advise guests on some great routes. A village pub, and a highly regarded hotel restaurant are a short walk away. Sorry, no pets.

We have loved creating this very special getaway for two here in beautiful Swaledale. Our shepherds hut is located in an idyllic private location with far reaching views of Swaledale. All the feelings you have as a child making dens and wanting to sleep out in them have been fulfilled ( be it a little more luxurious!). Whatever time of year, a cosy retreat awaits you with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove, luxury bedding, cosy sheepskins, kingsize bed. We don’t allow pets or smoking .

Haven Cottage is a self contained detached 2 bed stone cottage in rural Cotherstone near Barnard Castle. You have exclusive use. Set on a quiet lane, the converted stable overlooks open meadows. Outside is a patio garden & furniture. Enter via a double height dining hall, to an open plan kitchen and living room, traditionally furnished with exposed beams and deep window recesses. Downstairs is a large bathroom (bath & walk in power shower). Upstairs two large bedrooms with reading chairs.

Welcome to The Barn@Graham House in the picturesque hamlet of Marrick in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Built in 1850 as a barn this historic space was recently sympathetically converted into a beautiful one-bedroomed fully equipped cottage with original features and modern comforts. The peaceful private garden and copse has far reaching views across Swaledale and is filled with a variety of bird calls. The cottage is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few minutes’ walk from the pretty Georgian square in the centre of Richmond, North Yorkshire. Recently fully renovated, it provides spacious, comfortable accommodation. Richmond is a historic market town with unique shops, great restaurants, tea rooms and bars. It boasts a magnificent Norman castle on the spectacular Swale river with plenty of walks and sight-seeing, both locally and further afield in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

A stone's throw from the picturesque village green which has amazing views along Swaledale. A cosy and compact space with modern amenities for weary travellers.1 minute walk across the green you can choose from 3 traditional Yorkshire pubs, 3 cafes 2 bakeries and 2 small village shops. Not forgetting the amazing ice cream parlour. Lots of activities available from walking cycling canoe and paddle boarding. Also a great Dales bus service to access the nearby towns of Richmond & Leyburn.
