Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Come relax in 850 sq feet of style and charm. Originally built in the 1940's, this log cabin was ready for some new life. We have completely renovated the space, adding vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. It's located on a corner lot with completely fenced in parking. The cabin is located 2.2 miles from the Tabegauche Trailhead (biking trails), 2.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University and 2 miles from downtown GJ. You will be 2 mins away from a grocery store, liquor store, and a yoga studio!

This house sits on 6 acres and has amazing views from every window and the large, elevated deck. There is a Kokopelli Trail map painted on the wall so you can plan your ride or hike. Relax and hangout indoors and outdoors!
