Warnica Coach House

Welcome to the Warnica Coach House! This unique and historic property will not disappoint! Built by George R. Warnica in 1900, this spectacular property was the recipient of the Heritage Barrie award in 2018. The Coach House where you will stay, once housed horses and carriages, has been completely renovated top to bottom in 2023 with the finest touches. We are centrally located with a 30 second drive from the 400, and an 8 minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and downtown fun.

Very spacious apartment (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) with private entrance. Located in Severn Bridge close to Hwy 11 at the Trent Severn waterway only 10 mins south of Gravenhurst. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!

Located one hour from Toronto, Birchwood is a luxury camping experience for two. Immersed in a private forest on Scugog Island, our geodesic dome allows for a cozy and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the surrounding landscape and check out local shops and restaurants on Port Perry main street. Our geodome is designed for 2 guests however a group 3 adults are welcome.
