Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Fully furnished cabin located in 55 acre Southbound RV Park and Cabins. This is a family owned and operated RV park. Your stay supports the preservation of this historic 1905 Victorian home and contributes to the local community. The house has new siding, windows and insulation done in 2025.

Cabin on the Guadalupe River

Come stay for a relaxing getaway! This cabin is only 100 feet away from the Guadalupe River, with a beautiful deck to watch the river and many birds among other wildlife. The cabin is hotel room sized, with one bathroom and a small kitchen in the corner. The cabin is elevated on stilts, so there are stairs at the entrance and off the back deck. Good access to river, with a small deck where you can launch a kayak or canoe. Bring your water shoes and fishing poles too!
