Our two bedroom modern apartment is a perfect place for that romantic getaway or for friends to get together. The price is for one bedroom It comes fully equipped, two bed rooms with queen sized beds, bathroom, lounge and kitchen including TV, coffee machine, microwave and wifi. Included is access to the pool and spa on the property. You can take a stroll down town for a coffee at Raglan roast or any of the cafes, walk to the beach , the park or a short drive gets you to the surf beach.

A self contained ground floor apartment with the extras you need for short or long stays. It's spacious with a full sized kitchen, a lounge/dining area with elevated views over the city and indoor-outdoor flow to an enclosed garden. Upstairs is a shared pool(heated Sept-April) and hot tub area. The bedrooms open from a central hall. The huge master bedroom has its own courtyard. It is conveniently located with easy access to all events, cafe's/bars and business Hamilton has to offer.

Here at TE HUIS (at home) we provide our guests with a private self contained annex to our home with its own entrance and parking. Not suitable for children. This space is quiet and comfortable with a queen bed in a separate bedroom, living area with tv, sofa, table, kitchenette (portable hobs only) plus bathroom. A 15-20 minute walk to all that Cambridge has to offer, cafes, supermarkets, shops, walking and cycling tracks plus Lake Te Koo Utu. Pets strictly by prior arrangement only.

The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.
