Let us share our dream with you! Our home has recently been completed and offers stylish and open plan living with water access 30m away. Watch the children paddle board and swim whilst you relax on our large deck overlooking the peaceful estuary at Rangitahi. A walking track in front of the house meanders through the development and passes The Hut cafe 100m up the road. The laid back vibe of Raglan town is a short 20 minute walk away which is filled with trendy shops, cafes and restaurants.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in a quiet cul de sac. This one bedroom apartment is so close to the harbour. Views from the back deck. Lots of parking and secure storage available.

Just 1.3 km stroll from town and minutes to the water. Our new studio has it all: ensuite with shower/bath, smart TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, and BBQ. Perfect for two, with a sofa bed for extra guests or budget stays. Located beneath our home with private entry — you might hear our young kids (3 & 4) or our friendly lab Max during the day, but evenings are peaceful from 7 pm – 7 am.

Or you can chill out in your own private outdoor area with a glass of wine, and watch water views filling the horizon. Only 2 minutes by car, or about a 20minute walk to cafes, beaches and the shops. Pippi cat extends a welcoming paw to you, although she can be shy to show herself.
