Our new, modern holiday apartment, with a beautiful large swimming pool and sea views, is located in the resort town of Rabac, known for its pearly white pebble beaches and crystal clear waters. The apartment is located in a family house, on the slopes of a small hill that rises above the sea, and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a romantic evening walk along the promenade with souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. We also recommend a visit to the nearby historic town of Labin.

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

L'appartamento presenta un soggiorno con TV, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale (con TV), una piccola cucina ed un bagno con doccia. La zona esterna è munita di tenda parasole che può coprire il tavolino perfetto per pranzare all'aperto godendo della bellissima vista.

The 29 sqm big apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of the house directly on the waterfront. Since 2023 the apartment has air conditioning. It has a separate entrance and offers the most amazing view over the ocean. The balcony is shared with another guest. The hostess speaks English, German, Italian and Croatian.

Apartment Mint is located on the first floor of the house Dalia. The apartment has a smaller side terrace offering the view to the hills and partially the sea, equipped with the dining table. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a modern smaller kitchen with sofa, living room and a bathroom with shower cabin.

This is one of our 4 apartments in the Lavanda house located in Rabac, a jewel with it's own gulf inside the gulf of Kvarner. The house hosted a remarkable number of tourists during the last 2.5 decades and it is still as young and handsome as ever.
