The place is geographically central to all of the Canberra's attractions and most of the Governemt offices, just 10 minutes to the city, Belconnen, Barton, Kingston and Woden. Public transport available from top of the road. Street parking available.

It is a well-designed property to take advantage of the seasons. It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then.
