Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

We are 1 block off of Wilbarger St (business 287). We are walking distance to 2 restaurants and a snow cone stand. Our place is pet friendly and has a wonderful backyard for your fur baby to enjoy. Lots of squirrels to keep them entertained too. We are approximately 50 minutes from Wichita Falls, TX & 35 minutes to Altus, OK.
