We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Brand new cottage with rural views yet 10 minute drive to The crossing Mall with shops restaurants and movies. 5 minutes drive away is Pyes Pa shops with everything you need including 2 fantastic restaurants. Mount Maunganui and our fabulous beach is a 20 minute drive away. Our cottage is very private so you won’t be disturbed. We are on site though to help with any queries.
