This Old Lake House is located two blocks from a sandy beach and one block from a family-friendly park with picnic shelters, playground & concessions. Downtown loft apartment in the MORA district(outdoor drinking district), just a block from the Jet Express/water and all of the bars and restaurants on/around Madison Street. This loft is on the second floor, is about 1,200 sf, 2 bed, 1 bath with living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. The Crossfit gym on the first floor of this building have early morning classes (as early as 4:45am) that are loud. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not the best option for you.
