A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views.
