Fishing, river rowing, surfing ,lagoon walk are further activities to add to the abundance that Princes Grant has to offer.

A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Located in a peaceful part of Prince's Grant with magnificent views over lagoon and Indian Ocean. The house is designed to enjoy this view with folding windows and patios, which allows through flow of air to keep the house cool in summer. Private swimming pool in the enclosed garden area. Air conditioning in the open plan living area. All bedrooms are ensuite with showers. The master bedroom also has a bath. There is a guest toilet. The house has both gas and charcoal braais on the dining patio.
