An Attic Studio with A/C – Your Perfect Getaway

I’d love to invite you to stay in my renovated Attic Studio, which has a private entrance, located in a family house surrounded by nature, yet just a stone’s throw away from the center of Český Krumlov. The house is situated in a very quiet part of the town, ensuring you a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children. If personal privacy is important to your group, I recommend reviewing the layout in advance to ensure it meets your needs.

Malý domeček v nádherné zahradě, situovaný jen 5 km od Českých Budějovic. Ideální pro páry a cestovatele kteří směřují objevovat krásy Jižních Čech. Prostor je doslova obklopen zelení a můžete si tak nerušeně užít Váš pobyt v soukromí a klidu. Pro ty, kteří cestují se svými čtyřnohými miláčky je tohle místo jako stvořené! K dispozici je také plynový gril a přenosné ohniště.Uvnitř domečku je plně vybavená kuchyň s krbovými kamny, koupelna, sprchový kout, WC a samozřejmě ložnice. Budu se těšit!

Naše chata

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Podkrovní apartmán u rybníka

Celou bytovou jednotku máte jen pro sebe. 2 lůžka jsou v ložnici, 2 lůžka na rozkládací posteli s kvalitními matracemi. Můžete užívat velkou terasu s posezením. V přízemí bydlí naše rodina, v podkroví je další byt, se kterým apartmán sousedí. Hosté oceňují výhled na rybník, procházky či cyklistiku v blízkých lesích, nebo možnost návštěvy okolních kulturních památek. Dům stojí na vesnici nedaleko Jindřichova Hradce. Příjemně si odpočinete, ať už projíždíte, nebo chcete zůstat na pár dní.

Soukenická 44 -attic apartment

The attic space is adapted to a duplex apartment with a total living area of over 100m² for 2-5 people. In order to preserve the authenticity of the land, we have resigned to the construction of the walls between the room, the whole apartment is made up of a single volume, from which only the bathroom with WC is reserved. The bedroom for 3 people is located on the hambálkách. For 2 people a 2-bed room is provided in the living area.

Die gemütliche Unterkunft lädt zum Entspannen nach einem ausgiebigen Waldspaziergang oder einer der zahlreichen Wanderrouten in der nahen Umgebung ein. Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.
