Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Genieße die Freiheit auf einem voll klimatisierten, schwimmenden Appartement und in bester City- Lage direkt auf dem Wasser. Im Umkreis von wenigen Metern gibt es Gastro, Fitness, Wellness und den Zugang zu den schönsten Parkanlagen und Schlössern der Stadt. Ebenso erreicht man Bahn, Tram oder Bus zu Fuß in 2-9 Minuten um in weniger als 30 min im Zentrum von Berlin zu sein. Ausfahrten mit dem Hausboot sind nur nach gesonderter Vereinbarung möglich.
