Close to downtown New Bedford with many restaurant options, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Cuttyhunk. Short walk to the beach (1/4 mile), Fort Rodman and Fort Taber where there is a military museum and a walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, so you can arrive when convenient for you (as early as 9AM). No Guests or parties.

Farm /Lake/Trails

This is a bright walk out apartment in our home with a private entrance. We will be here but we give you all the privacy that you want. I have recently lost 3 goats. Now we’ve sent our last two goats to a sanctuary. I checked it out very carefully and it’s a wonderful place. This is a rural town 7 miles from Westerly, Rhode Island, and about 12 miles from Mystic. The 2-night minimum College Hill rooftop suite of our historic home (1818) on the East side of Providence is right near Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design, restaurants, bars and shops. This 3rd-floor apartment includes private parking & entrance, 1 BR-New Bedding-, 1 LR, 1 BTHR, breakfast area, plenty of storage & smart TV. People of any race, ethnicity, religion, gender and sexual identity are welcome here.

This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
