WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! Large 3 bedroom house near the eastern North Carolina wildlife refuges. The perfect place to enjoy bird/nature watching, hiking, fishing, and hunting. Minutes from Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, where countless Tundra Swan migrate for the winter. The house is near the riverfront town of Belhaven, that offers restaurants and public boat ramp options that provide access to the Pungo River and Pamlico Sound. The house is a short drive to Bell Island Swan Quarter Fishing Pier.

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

Artsy Original Island Home next to Nature Preserve

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!
