Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.

The small apartment is perfect for a overnight or weekly holiday with a kitchenette, modern ensuite, queen bed and reverse cycle heating and cooling. The apartment is not suitable for group gatherings or parties.

Lovely new 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, just across the road from the beach and boat ramp. Great for kayaking fishing swimming etc or just relaxing with a book. Kitchen is fully equipped, laundry has washing machine and dryer. There is a carport and plenty of room out the back for parking an extra car or boat. Portland is 12 k and Mount Gambier is about an hours drive.
