Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

We are located on Daytona Beach a 1 minute walk through the pool area to be on the beach. You cannot beat this ocean view. This Studio has been completely remodeled in October 2024. It has an amazing view of the beach from the private balcony on the 6th floor.
